I like a bit of whimsy and color in my decor, but oh my. What does one do with all those hula hoops? I wondered that also. I would like to see inside the clothes closet for this person. The fake fur walls really bother me.

I agree with ya'll....Wow! They definitely know their style. However, I kinda like it. It's not for me, but at this point in my life I am tired of the same old same old normal decorations (farmhouse, modern, industrial, etc)and it is nice to see crazy every once in a while.

I’m speechless. It gives me a school classroom vibe with the lockers and all. Hideous!

Remember that crazy designer on “Trading Spaces” who was always gluing stuff to walls because she was obsessed with texture? I think this house would be too much for her. Wow! Hilde. I loved that show. Her stuff was generally too ‘out there’ for me. This house is hideous. I don’t find it creative. It’s simply chaotic and unnecessary.

I spent the entire time I was scrolling through the pictures thinking "I don't understand!"
And a lot of them being crooked didn't help. I swear my equilibrium is going to feel distorted for a while. Lol

The kitchen cabinets, the stuffed animal wall and anything with fur/shag carpeting and pompoms can go. While I did like the bold and brave use of color but it was way too much.

I was expecting to see a large gorgeous craft room. That is quite the house! Me too! That's just too much for me. I think, based on the fact that they've been trying to sell it for a while, it's too much for a lot of people.

I did enjoy the pink and black tail on the wall! 😆 But all that fur would make me feel like a flea. I wonder how easily it could be removed?
I get making your house the way YOU like it but I'd have to make everything easily removable, like attached to panels that could be pulled off.

I love that the owner(s) made this crazy glorious color mess without considering trends, others’ opinions or how to pick the right white!
(I had a commercial/residential color consulting business and spent many hours talking clients off the ledge because they’d dabbed 15 different whites on their mustard colored walls and wondered why they couldn’t choose. Good effort but eyes can’t see color accurately if it’s on top of or next to other colors. And usually white wasn’t the answer anyway.)
Totally crazy, I’d never live in it but would have fun looking around assuming it was clean.

Wow. That’s a WHOLE lotta shag and fur going on in that house. 😬😳 I think it would cost another $560K just to put that house back to normal. Not going to lie though, I secretly kind of liked that mirror with the pompom border. 😆 AND ITS ON THE WALLS. At first, I thought this was a house Hiedi (Hilda?) from Trading Spaces got her hands on. LOL

So serene and unassuming on the outside. And then….Boom! Pee Wee’s Playhouse! I actually felt a sense of relief when I got to the basement pics! Gotta hand it to the owner who did her own thing regardless….

As a mom of children who had a hard time making it to the bathroom when they had a stomach bug, I cannot get beyond how gross it would be to try to get projectile-sick off the fur walls.

One "normal" thing I did notice were the hardwood floors. At least she/he didn't mess with the hardwood floors. I think some of the design elements on the floors are rugs. At least I hope so.

Thankfully I dodged that bullet with my kid! However, the amount of dust that would collect on all those furry surfaces would be a killer with her allergies. 😷

It looks so ordinary from the outside. The whole time I was viewing it I kept wondering how long it took her to vacuum all that shag carpet and fake fur. Somehow I think using a vacuum cleaner is the last thing that will happen in this house.
Just when I thought, "This room tops anything I have ever seen, the next photo came up --and whoops, I was wrong."

I would really like to know what the realtor thought of the home! It's so hard to see the house for all of the stuff/art! I'm all for your own style and pops of color by Holy Crayola-factory! That's an explosion!

You know when they say to 'de-personalize' your house before you put it on the market...
I think someone didn't get the memo.

I wonder if home schooling went on inside, considering all the lockers, supplies and cushions (for students to sit upon?)
