sunny side up or over easy or poached...I want cooked whites and runny yolks
softboiled with toast soldiers
hardboiled in a salad or as deviled eggs or egg mayo - I can NOT eat a whole hardboiled egg
omelet but not if it's overcooked; same with scrambled eggs, I need them fluffy (Dh likes them lightly browned -yuck)

I will eat just about any type of egg, except maybe undercooked scrambled or raw. I recently started making soft boiled eggs and really like those. I definitely like a runny or soft yolk, but will still eat them of the yolk is hard.

I have an omelette almost every day, I love them. If I have steak I save a bit to dice up for an omelette the next day. They get quite fancy here actually with dill, arugula, mushrooms, shallots, multiple cheeses, etc.
It’s practically the only consistent cooking I do.

I had a soft-boiled egg on a crusty roll for lunch almost every single day of primary school, and almost 50 years later, I still haven’t tired of it. 😄 Oh yes - still a favourite lunch for me! I like eggs anyway but raw so if I have an egg I have lunch😀

I do not like a runny yolk. I prefer them scrambled, hardboiled, deviled, or in an omlet!

I love eggs over-medium or poached with runny centers, but will also eat them scrambled, hard boiled (don't overcook!), or in omelettes.

Scrambled, not wet but not overcooked, is my first choice. Preferably with cheese and mushrooms in them - but not as an omelette, just scrambled in Poached hard or hard boiled I also like No runny eggs at all for me! Especially not runny whites - they look like snot I can't even watch other people eat them and no ketchup on eggs! DH likes them with ketchup but I find it gross

As an ingredient in a chocolate chip cookie. I don't like eggs by themselves. I like how you think! 😋 However, I voted over easy, white cooked through but runnyish yolk on occasion, and other because I also like hard boiled eggs/egg salad on occasion. I also make egg bites in the Instant Pot sometimes if I have bacon or sausage I can mix into them.

I always get over medium (not a voting option). Not too runny, not too firm.

I always get over medium (not a voting option). Not too runny, not too firm. I ask for over medium in restaurants because I find that sometimes with over easy or sunny side up, they don't cook the whites all the way through. And that I cannot have!

I like over medium as well with runny yolks and cooked whites. I also like french style creamy scrambled eggs. Heaven!

Only 2 options? Mean!
There aren't many ways I don't eat eggs, as long as the white is white and not clear/slimy. You don't mention hard boiled. I like those.
I don't think I've ever had Over Hard. It isn't a thing in the UK. And we don't tend to flip our fried eggs.

Eggs are like potatoes - versatile, delicious, and so many ways to prepare. I love them all, but no runny whites.

I eat HB eggs sprinkled with tajin every. single. day. If I am having eggs for breakfast, scrambled or omelette please. Never serve me a runny yolk. I find it repulsive. lol

Well, I'm newly diagnosed as allergic to eggs, so I'd say no eggs by themselves. My allergy doc says I can have them in a baked good (like a cookie or cake) if they are low on the ingredient list, but I can't have them in a quiche or something like that. Before the allergy diagnosis, I was all about scrambled eggs, sort of in the middle - not soft, but not so overcooked that they were crumbly. Is that an allergy or a sensitivity? I’m “sensitive” to eggs as well, but even my allergist calls it an allergy even though I don’t technically have an allergy. The problem is softly cooked eggs. Something in the protein changes in firmly cooked eggs. That’s why I can eat small amounts of eggs in a cake but not scrambled eggs.

Well, according to the skin prick testing, it's an allergy, even though the blood test I took before did not show an allergy. I mainly did the testing to try to narrow down what was causing my eosinophilic esophagitis. I also found out I am allergic to dogs, which is just great since I have 5 at home, including a 7 month old puppy at the time I was diagnosed. (Don't worry, I still have the dogs, I just can't let them in my room, and I take lots of allergy meds.)

Over medium fried Scrambled, and I like them stirred and creamy-not dry chunks 🤢
My only requirement is whites absolutely have to be cooked through. An uncooked white is one of my food nightmares!!

A universal childhood food back in the day and certainly I would have been given for tea many time. I'm not sure if it's so commonly done now though

I don't like the white runny but besides that I like them every single way.
I love hard boiled eggs, love pickled eggs, love deviled eggs, love the soft-boiled type floating in my ramen. Love egg-salad sandwiches. I prefer fried eggs with the yolk runny unless it is in a sandwich. I like scrambled with about anything in them. I like omelets.
I'm a huge, huge egg fan. Now I want to go out for breakfast...

I like almost any kind of egg. Poached is my fave. Whites have to be cooked through, but I hate when fried eggs have those crispy edges (hence favoring poached.)
