But I don't want to.
I haven't wrapped a single thing and really need to get going on it, but I just don't have the motivation.
I will kick myself tomorrow if I don't start.
Anybody else not wrap yet?

Yep, me too - haven't wrapped a single thing. Will definitely start tomorrow. OTOH, cookies are baked!

Me! I keep saying I'm going to do it today, but other things get bumped ahead. Busy day, DD is having friends spend the night tonight, we're watching football, and I just don't feel like it right now. Luckily, the kids are older and there isn't much to wrap any more.

Argh! I wish you the best. I hate wrapping too. The only reason I'm on top of it is that it prevents my kids from snooping (they have fine motor issues which prevent them from stealthy unwrapping and then re-wrapping.

Ugh this is me too. I should be doing it right now but I'm beat. We won't be home tomorrow night until 9:30 which means DD won't be in bed until 10:00 and I won't want to do it then either. DD is off school this week and we were on vacation last week otherwise it would all be done already. It won't take me that long, I just don't want to do it!

I did a marathon wrapping session on Sunday, but I still have a few things to wrap, including a gift that arrived today. I have one more package that I'm expecting before Christmas.
My husband went out shopping for me yesterday and he keeps saying he'll put my gifts in boxes so I can't see them and then "I" can wrap them too!

ARGH! Maybe the wrapping fairy will fly over here and do it for me. If anyone sees her, please let me know.

I haven't started either and I really need to get it done in the morning!! It's like I ran out of holiday steam and stalled out. The gifts have been ready to wrap for over a week.

It's tradition that we stay up late on Christmas Eve wrapping! Or, at least that's my excuse to put it off!

I wrap in three separate sessions. Session one: everything its box with tissue. Two: everything is wrapped with paper. Three: Martha Stewart like ribbons are created (reuse the wired ribbon from year to year). It takes too long to do it all at once and I don't enjoy it. I wrap in the kitchen on a counter that is four feet by ten feet so I have entertainment and space. To be honest, every single year I mislabel a present or two and it is the holiday joke when the kids open a gift. Is this really for me?

As much as I loathe wrapping, I loathe the thought of trying to 1) find a hiding place for all this stuff 2) and then remember where I hid it all.
For me, wrapping is easier.

Is it worth it to you to pay someone to do it? Maybe you could find someone. Or maybe even try to find a Girl Scout troop that is volunteering their time to wrap gifts. We used to do that when I was in scouts.

Well, I wish you all lived by me because I would come over and wrap your presents for nothing more than a handful of your christmas cookies. As long as they haven't been on the sidewalk.

Matlock , MacGuiver, Walker, Texas Ranger might be on tonight too. Could be a new episode maybe? That may be more interesting that wrapping. Have you read Pillars of the Earth? World Without End? War and Peace? They could be started tonight too, you know.
I have about 5 small things left that can wait until tomorrow.

I did my marathon wrapping session on Sunday, and just finished the last 2 items (that arrived today) this afternoon - and just in the nick of time, as I'm having lunch with the recipients tomorrow and will be giving them their gifts then!

Ugh I was in that same boat not a single gift wrapped and I kept avoiding it and finding other things to do. This morning I got up at 8 and wrapped like a crazy person for the next hr or 2 and got all 35 gifts wrapped yay. When I was done I wanted to push the staples that was easy button haha!
Hubby just did his wrapping today too ugh we are so disorganised this year.
Hope you can find the energy and time to get it done!

I, myself, haven't wrapped anything yet. My 2 youngest grandkids wrapped each others gifts the other day. My grandson is 11 and my granddaughter is 10. She wrapped all of her brother's gifts in last year's Justin Beiber paper! He was not happy!! Never a dull moment with those two!!

I'm with Eddie-N-Harley! If you'll send all of your packages to my house, I'd be THRILLED to wrap them for you!
I LOVE wrapping and I'm always sad when I'm done.
I've been known to buy more presents just so I can wrap more.
Chele :-D

This year my wrapping is done, but there have been several years that we waited until Christmas Eve, after the kids went to bed. We did that for too many years and decided we can't do it that way anymore. I like to enjoy Christmas Eve and I couldn't do it with the wrapping hanging over my head. Start it today, you will be so glad you did.

I feel your pain. Before last night, I had not wrapped a single gift. Did a marathon session last night, and now have maybe 4 things left to wrap, so I'm doing okay. In past years, I have sometimes unintentionally waited until Christmas Eve to wrap, and I do not EVER want to do that again! Also, I found out that older DS has a talent for artfully arranging gifts under the tree, so he's been assigned that task for this year.

I have about half wrapped. I got all ODS presents wrapped last week when they were at dinner at their grand dads house. I still have YDS left to wrap and all his stuff is HUGE or odd shaped. I hate wrapping, but I'm not putting it off, I just haven't been able to find the time to finish. I still have to go out and buy stocking stuffers yet. UGH! I'm really running out of time!
