I didn't believe her until a doctor also mentioned it--when I was 30. It really embarrasses me, I don't know why. Here goes......I have a third nipple. There, I said it! Wow! Where is it, can I ask? I have heterochromia - my eyes are two different colors.

I can read upside down and/or back backwards really well. Sometimes just for fun I'll flip a book upside down and start reading...I do get some weird looks, but that's okay

We rented our house and set out on an adventure! I run a gourmet lemonade bar at local Farmer Markets 3 days a week. I make homemade syrups and serve fun drinks like ginger limeade and lavender lemonade as well as lots of other fun mixes. It's turned into a fairly profitable venture and so much fun! So..I just turned 50 and have a lemonade stand

I BMX raced until I was 50 years old. Was 12th in my state.
I still skateboard - not street, just the vertical ramps.
Between the ages of 45-50 I attended 3 sessions at out of state action sports camps, usually as the only the adult camper.
I have a scar between my eyes from playing Three Stooges, I was four years old and another kid broke a flowerpot over my head.
I am very uncoordinated but have outstanding balance.
I cannot eat food with dark specks.
I am a certified ARC welder and paid for my undergraduate degree through work as a welder.

We grow cultivated oysters and Chef Michael Smith is one of our best customers!
I suffer from skeeter syndrome, which is an allergic reaction to mosquito bites. It's the mosquito's saliva that is the problem. It's worse when I go down South because the skeeters are different down there. Benadryl is always close!

I also can wiggle my ears. Both have come in very handy while teaching special needs children. My sister is also my cousin. My mother married and had my sister. Her husband died, and many years later, she married his brother then had me.

What an interesting bunch!
Sadly, the most I can claim is that when sitting on the ground with my legs out in front of me, I can point my toes and touch the ground. Not a great parlor trick really, but it grosses a lot of people out.
Oh, and it doesn't hurt to pull my hair. Ask my sister.

Was a Girl Scout camp counselor during the summer of 1981, at Camp Kenneydell - my 'counselor' name was Bonzo. I made a hoodie and ironed on letters spelling out Bonzo that I had kept for years that eventually turned into my painting shirt. My son used to see me wearing it while painting and he has called me Bonzo ever since, and no longer calls me mom. My husband gave me a new nickname when my son was a few years old. My son picked it up and now that's what he calls me instead of mom. We get a few funny looks from people who don't know us.

No need to be embarrassed. It makes you unique!
Wasn't there a Friends episode about that? or was it Seinfeld? I just remember comments about a third nip.

I survived a house fire when I was almost 3...
I am terrified of flying and have never flown (and never will)
I hold a cherry-stem tongue tying record at a local bar- 22 in 1 minute and an atomic wing eating record at the same bar....

I can wiggle my ears and my nose
I spent one summer working as an elevator operator at the Space Needle in Seattle
I can't call anyone by a nickname, unless that is how they are first introduced to me. Seriously. My husband is Ethan. Just Ethan. Can't call him honey or sweetie or any of that stuff. Even though many of his friends refer to him as 'E'. Feels completely ridiculous if I try. Same for other people--can't call you Jenny if you are first introduced to me as Jennifer. And Tobias will always be Toby to me because that is how my husband referred to him when he told me the story of them first meeting at age 4. Yes he is a lawyer now and an official Tobias....but I've gotta say Toby.
But.....my cats have a billion nicknames and I use them all..

I am the oldest of an oldest and the oldest grand and was the oldest great grand (until my Great GM passed away).
I cannot draw an family tree "upward"- My mother was adopted in a closed adoption (over 65 years ago)and my bio father is unknown. I can only go sideways and down - my brothers (via a different father), husband and kids. The dad I have known my whole life adopted me when I was a year old.
I have very bad depth perception - but I can pack cars, suitcases, closets and anything else.
I do not "see" numbers correctly, much like dyslexics don't see letters properly. (and I work at a bank!)

I have to personally check all the door locks in my house and on my car before I go to sleep or I can't sleep. I don't trust anyone else to do it even if they swear to me they check them. I have to actually physically touch the knob even if I can see the lock is in the locked position I have to try to turn it to make sure it's locked.
I am terrified of large flocks of birds. I especially get freaked out when they fly over me.

I am a total introvert. After working all day social things exhaust me. However, I LOVE LOVE LOVE to throw showers and parties for friends and do training at work. It just takes me a while to recover. Preferably alone with a book.

I lettered in high school for two years for being the boys swim team manager. That is the only letter I received. I can cross one eye. I would rather watch football than anything else. I am sure there is more lol

It's on my rib age, one side, about 4 inches under my breast. It just looks like a little birthmark, which is why I never realized what it is. And it was a Friends episode. Chandler has a third nipple. That is all!

I was the first girl born into my Dad's family in 60 years! My great grandfather was one of 3 boys and my Grandfather had two brothers who only had boys ( 4 each!) My parents first child was a boy and then me!! It was a big deal when i was little! But now there are pretty much only girls- my brother had two girls and i only have 1 boy cousin and 6 girl cousins! Boy cousin had a son - so the family name will continue for one more generation ! Funny how the tide shifted!

"Also, my daughter shares a birthday with two of her cousins. One of her cousins was born on the exact same day, eight hours apart. The other cousin, sister to the same-day cousin, was born two years later on the same date."
I have a cousin born on my birthday. I was born at 8:02 in the morning and she was born at 8:02 in the evening. My younger DS has a cousin born on his birthday as well, and they share the same middle name because of it.
On DH's side, my oldest nephew is 9 months and 2 days older than my oldest son. My younger son is 9 months and 2 days older than my younger nephew. All 3 grandsons were 21 1/2 inches long at birth.

It was Friends. And you know how a lot of the episodes were based on the writer's personal experiences? Well, that one was about my cousin! He is the nubbin, lol.

All three of my kids and I have a 'coffee spot' birthmark in the same spot on our backs. We also have a freckle in the same spot inside of our left eyes. (Our ophthalmologist was totally fascinated by that one! lol) Also, I have an astigmatism that's so strong, and at such a strange axis, that when I order glasses online they ask me if I misplaced the decimal in my prescription. My DH thinks it's hilarious. Punk. My grandparents lived in Vanport Oregon. It was a city between Portland and the Columbia River. It flooded in 1948 and left the whole town under water. I have photos of my grandfather that are waterdamaged and say "This photo survived the Vanport Flood" on the back.
