I have never participated in the exchange but, when we retire in the next several years, I plan to! I enjoy reading this thread and seeing the ones Peas have on display. Between our business cards and personal ones, we usually mail just over 200. What's a hundred or so more? Of course, since we won't be mailing to DH's clients then, I'll just swap the Peas in and start making cards.

My door is full. I have to use the back side. I'll post a new picture as soon as I tape them up. Thank you everyone for the lovely Christmas card door!

I have to tell you what a treat it is to receive these cards. And those of you still sending them out - love that I'm still getting pea cards! This is a fun tradition. I need to plan my next year's cards earlier so I can put more time into them.

I mailed a bunch more yesterday and today, and have just about run out of handmade cards. Moving on to store bought. Still have more to go.
So sorry I'm mailing late!

I know it's probably somewhere in this thread but how many peas signed up to participate? Yes it was 129; 130 if you sent to quinlove and her daughter. I sent 130 and have received 75 so far. Have loved every minute going to the mailbox.

Here's my "Card Tree". I didn't have a wall big enough to hold all of the cards I received (approx 60). What a wonderful "problem" to have!

Ok ladies....somehow my address got messed up...it 2921 not 2912. My sweet mailman has sent some back because he didn't want to put them in the strangers box as they are shady (his words). He said he has to look out for those that protect him, sweet as can be. Alot got through while he was on vacation, the shady neighbors put them in my vbox. Youngest DD bought them holiday pretzels to say thank you. My mailman is now putting them in my box, even though they are addressed wrong. I apoligize if any were sent back to you all. My mailman said to just correct the number and usally you can re-send it without a charge. If it gets resent whoo hoo, if not I completely understand. Thank you all for understanding. Jessica @leowife Mine to you arrived back to me today...I mailed it on 11/27~~~ It's back on the way to you tomorrow

I saw mine in a couple of the collections posted! I wasn't able to send to the whole list either, but did send to all the International peas and most US peas; those were mailed early December. My Canadian ones were just mailed yesterday - hopefully they make it in time. I don't know what happened to December! But I do have to agree that the trip to the mailbox has been wonderful - and I didn't realize how much I love getting these cards! And my kids are also fighting over who gets to collect the cards (and they're teens too!) Thanks so much for Angie in coordinating this; I'll start saving my pennies earlier so that I can send to the whole list next year!

I don't have a place where I can display them all in their entirety. But this sleigh on my entry way table is jam packed with awesomeness from Refupeas!!! Thank you all!! I'm sorry I couldn't get cards out to the whole list. Hopefully next year will be better financially. And I also know to plan ahead! Merry Christmas everyone.

Oh my gosh. We just arrived home from Cabo on Saturday and our house-sitter made a comment that we must have friends all over the World because of all the cards waiting for me. Such fun!!! Every single card is beautiful and those hand-made ones are unique in every way. Such talented ladies.
Merry Christmas to you all and I hope Santa drops a little something extra in Angie's stocking this year!

I honestly cannot thank you all enough. Your cards have brought so much cheer into my home. I love all the photos, postcards, seeing everyone's signature. Those who hand made your cards? What a treat to see your lovely handiwork. I'm so inspired to make my own next year as well as send to everyone Stateside and International. A humongous THANK YOU from my whole family to you all!

I just had to stand on a step stool to hang the latest cards. I'm afraid of heights so it was terrifying but they look really beautiful. I'm terrible at posting pictures if I can get my sister to do it I'll post a picture. I got 78 cards from the peas and 2 cards from family.

Last of my cards went out today. Sorry I'm running behind but just finished making them yesterday. Next year I will plan ahead and at least have my family cards done sooner so I can spend more time on the peas cards earlier!

I have all my cards in a basket and it is stuffed! Merry Christmas Card RefuPeas!! Comforted. That's the word I've been trying to come up with. It's an emotionally draining holiday season for me this year and each and every one of these cards has offered me some comfort from that. They truly bring me joy. I open them with my kids and we look at the globe or the map to see where each one came from. They're enjoyed by all. I'm sorry I didn't get to send to everyone. Because I get such joy out of that as well. You are all so wonderful. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Ellie

I can't say enough how much I've enjoyed looking at all the cards I received. My parents are visiting from out of town and my mom just went thru my basket of cards and looked at every one. She didn't know "what this peas thing is" but she couldn't believe how beautiful all the cards are.

I didn't quite make it to send out to all 130, but I got pretty close around 100.
It was awesome taking them to the post office and hear people comment on how many people I know.
The best was when I was standing in line to get my international stamps. An older gentleman behind me asked about them and said I was very blessed to have friends all around the world and that I must travel a lot!
I just smiled. I didn't tell him I've never been outside of the USA. LOL
Thanks to all of the peas that send cards. I have loved every single one!

(I've been there three times and hope to get back in the next year or two) Kelly Ann - after the Holidays I'll start a Cabo thread (remind me if I forget!) so we can share our Cabo stories. This was our first time in Cabo and we definitely want to go back! We stayed at Casa Dorado with a gorgeous view of the "Arch" and the Sea of Cortez!
