Brie is my total weakness ... I have a love affair with the stuff I actually haven't met a cheese I didn't like I'm with ya sista! Brie with fig jam and pine nuts baked in puff pastry is my ultimate cheesegasm. I just eat it plain on some organic Mary's crackers ... my bff hates those crackers but I love them ... more for me I have to use the term "cheesegasm" in a sentence soon

Oh yes! I get a little twitchy when our cheese drawer starts to look empty!

I absolutely LOVE cheese! I always say, I could be happy just living on cheese, crackers and wine.

One of the best cheese things I have ever tasted is warm Brie with brown sugar, cranberries and pecans on top! YUM! I'm thinking of making some as an appetizer on Christmas. My dilemma is what kind of crackers or bread to eat it with.

I love cheese so much and I love the fact that it is low carb. I prefer softer cheeses. I especially love a good drunken goat.

Nope, HATE it! All of it! If there's even a tiny spec in my salad, the whole salad has to go. Same thing with any food. When I order and ask for no cheese, servers look at me like I have two heads. Then as if they just didn't believe me, bring my food with cheese on it. I will always send it back and had honestly eat it with their spit than try to choke down the cheese. lol I can stand melted mozzarella on pizza, but that's the extent. I have tried several variations though out time and I still can't stomach any type. It's the taste as well as texture for me. My son is pretty much the same way. We already know he's weird, though.

those are some of my faves too! but i don't even consider them remotely stinky!! stilton, roquefort, that stuff... ew... and munster... and i looked this up: It’s fermented using a bacterium that’s partly responsible for the smell of the human body. As a result, when people say Limburger smells like human feet, they are scientifically correct. I love cheese, but I'm pretty sure I didn't need to know this!

I adore cheese. Without a doubt my favorite food. I like all types (with the exception of plastic-like American cheese slices) Atlanta peas...one of my favorite outings is a trip to Dekalb Farmer's Market and their wonderful cheese selection. Dang it, now I'm craving some good cheese.

I love cheese! I had Brie with walnuts once and it was wonderful. Loved it so much I bought a couple of small wedges. When I opened them they reeked of ammonia! I couldn't bear to even try it. I think it MUST have been spoiled. My favorites right now are Havarti and Muenster.

I love, love, love cheese. Did I mention I love cheese. I often joke I could live on bread and cheese, but it really is true. Luckily Vermont, my little state, has a booming artisan(al) cheese industry. And then there is Cabot cheese (of which I am eating some white oak cheddar right this minute). Off to read all the replies now, I was so excited to see cheese in the title that I didn't follow the rules and read before posting.

We have/had one cheese shop here. I almost died when they feature yancy's fancy as a gourmet cheese. Seriously NY people, it is a gourmet cheese here! My parents used to buy it when it was Heluva good cheese because it was cheap. I never went in again.
I love love cheese.

The only kinds of cheese I don't like are blue and Gorgonzola. Too tangy, I think.
Our local Aldi has imported cheeses often, so I can try them without breaking the bank. I adore Red Leicester and Dubliner. They recently had a set of cheddar from the UK - Welsh, Irish and Scottish. We enjoyed comparing them and choosing a favorite. I stuck with Irish, but DD and DH both favored the Scottish. DS doesn't like cheese, so more for us!

I love cheese. When our daughter lived in the Netherlands she used to joke that we really came to visit so we could go to the cheese shops, not to visit her. Really though, every time we walked into the store it was like I had died and gone to heaven. So many wonderful choices.

Love, love, love cheese, all varieties. I can't even imagine a life without cheese! When I was growing up, my cheese-loving dad would come home from work, find some good meltable cheeses in the fridge, melt them together on a plate, and eat it with a fork in small bites, that was his snack

I've never met a cheese I didn't like. My faves are gjetost, a Norwegian goat cheese, havarti, a super sharp Vermont cheddar and this truffle cheese I had at a party last week.

I love cheese. I have a bit of trouble storing it in my fridge; I can never seem to get it wrapped properly and it always ends up going mouldy before I can finish it. So I rarely buy it. When I try storing it in a Tupperware type container that seems to be too warm for it; it gets weird.
I do want to try some new cheeses. We have a little specialty place up island that gives samples. I'm going to head up there after Christmas.

Yes!!!
But I don't eat it very often. I try to be careful about it, since it's loaded with fat. It's a treat to splurge on for me. But oh, I do love it!

I love cheese, but only real cheese, not a fan of any type of fake American cheese. I have high cholesterol, though, so I've really cut back. I pretty much only eat Parmesan now.

We had a new grocery store open here about a year and a half ago. They have a cheese bar and sooooo much yummy cheese. I gained 10 pounds, all of which I blame on cheese.

People who don't appreciate cheese are really robots or something. We are just having two small Christmases at our house this year - my in-laws for two days and my parents for two other days. Since I don't need large quantities of anything for our apps and meals, I raided the nub bin at Whole Foods today and got small amounts of 8 different cheeses
