Just watching a show about cheese and I am jealous. So many cheeses that are unavailable here in the US. Altho I don't think a lot of Americans would eat the types of cheeses they were showing.
I love 95% of it.
So do you like cheese?

Certified cheese a holic! I'd take cheese over sweets every time. I recently had a new one to me. It was an Irish cheddar that was made with stout beer. The cheese was black. Yummiest thing ever!! It's the bottom wedge in this pic. t

mmmm...cheese.... i love trying new cheeses. but not those stinky sock smellin' ones. i take a pass on those... Those are best ones!!! Goat cheese and Brie are probably my most favorite. I take goat cheese and make little patties and do flour egg and panko and rosemary and put it in a little oil in a pan for about a minute on each side. Heaven!!

Love cheese, but I admit, I typically stick with the standard cheeses.
Not willing to spend a lot of money on a cheese that I may not like, so I don't stray to far out of my comfort zone.

Nope, HATE it! All of it! If there's even a tiny spec in my salad, the whole salad has to go. Same thing with any food. When I order and ask for no cheese, servers look at me like I have two heads. Then as if they just didn't believe me, bring my food with cheese on it. I will always send it back and had honestly eat it with their spit than try to choke down the cheese. lol I can stand melted mozzarella on pizza, but that's the extent. I have tried several variations though out time and I still can't stomach any type. It's the taste as well as texture for me.

I love cheese, but am kind of picky. My fave is cheddar that is older than my 9 yr old. Even better if it is close enough in age that if it was a girl I would be ok letting my 15 yr old date her.

I like cheese in things. Like sprinkled in salad, on pizza, or in sauces but rarely will I just sit down and eat cheese.

I adore cheese! Swoon!
In March, I visited Amish country in Ohio. One of the highlights of the day was grazing through dozens and dozens of cheese samples. Horseradish cheese, pepperoni cheese, mustard cheese - sooooo many unique flavors! Very, very fun.

We have a specialty cheese shop near our home. It seems a bit out of place in our area, but I'm so happy it's there.
DH and I go there for a special treat - can't go often because we usually end up dropping $30 or $40 on cheese. Not great for the budget, but oh so tasty.

After I read the title of this thread, I had to go get a piece of cheese to eat while reading.
I haven't met a cheese I haven't liked.

I love cheese! We had a small local market that always sold wonderful cheese but it closed down. Now I have to drive an hour to Trader Joes to get the good stuff.

those are some of my faves too! but i don't even consider them remotely stinky!!
stilton, roquefort, that stuff... ew... and munster... and i looked this up:
It’s fermented using a bacterium that’s partly responsible for the smell of the human body. As a result, when people say Limburger smells like human feet, they are scientifically correct.

I could do without it. I'm not a huge cheese person at all especially like cheese that's why cut up without being melted on something isn't my thing.

I was at ... Grillsmith? I think it was ... the other day. I had a pizza with Gorgonzola and caramelized onions and chicken and some other yummy goodness that almost made me swoon with joy.
I love cheese. It should have it's own place on the food pyramid.

Love most kinds of cheese and almost always keep English Cheddar, Cheshire, Red Leicester, Wensleydale and Lancashire, along with Welsh Caerphilly and Camembert and Brie, in the fridge. My favourite quick lunch is cheese, crackers and grapes!
