We're quite entertained over here... There was a Rattata in my ice cream bowl, and we may have to go for an extra walk this evening to try to take over the gym down the street! I thought this NPR article was cute! Taylor

dd told me about it. I was like seriously? you so need to put down the phone and get out more. ha. sorry. But it's causing them to get out more. My DD said she walked over 4 miles yesterday playing Pokemon! I'm all for anything that gets them off the couch and out of the house. I may or may not have downloaded it at work today and found one on the motion I was editing.

We just downloaded Today. I caught one that was on my knee but have not walked around searching. Has been all the rage on my adult kids Twitter talking about finding them. Has amused us today.

My 17 year old is playing. He's actually riding his bike instead of driving. He was gone for 3 hours today.

My 17 year old daughter is obsessed with it. She's been outside more in the last 2 days than she has in the last year, so I think it's a good thing! Better than her sitting here playing other Pokemon games on her Gameboy or screwing around online.

My two older teens are. Oldest ds is having a ball with it and is actually getting out of the house more with it. Middle girl is just playing because everyone else is. It's fun for now but she's not really into it. I assume oldest dd and her dh are playing because they are total geeks and definitely of the Pokemon generation. I'm actually shocked they didn't charge for the game. They could have gotten $5 a piece and had almost as many players. Easy.

I just heard about this yesterday, because my 17 year old ds was out doing this for the first time. It sounds fun.

My 16-year-old is playing it. She found four as we walked the dog this evening. It's cute, and it's encouraging her to move. Love that!

My DD14 is. I had some poke critter in my wine glass last night! DD and her BFF have been going out every evening to look for them. It looks like fun.

My DS 14 is. He bikes around town looking for them. I should put it on my phone for my 11 year old.

Ds has already been on 2 walks today because he wanted to "catch" some Pokemon. How great! Love that and reminds of when he first got his Poke-walker.

Yes, I'm playing with my 3 boys (20, 17 and 14). My 17 yo and I went on a walk last night specifically to look for Pokemon in our neighborhood! Yes, we're geeks. I'll be in Las Vegas this coming week, so I'll definitely be playing there!

It's so fun.
We're all into it together.
I love that it's a game that makes everyone want to get out and walk!

DS tried to get in on the beta but wasn't selected. Of course he downloaded it the second it was available and I swore I wasn't going to drive him around. Then DH downloaded it. You know what's coming next, right? I guess we're going on a family Pokemon hunt tomorrow.

My 17 yo downloaded it tonight to his ipod. It won't work on his phone so he'll only be able to use it when he is at home or where there's wifi.
