Pardon me while I completely reminisce about some of my favorites! I have to say that I miss how fun the scrapbooking industry used to be. It’s still fun but not like it was when it was at it’s peak years ago. I scrapped like mad from 2004-2009. In that time, I designed for various manufacturers and online store/message board sites so I was lucky enough to be able to work with a lot of different collections! Then things in life happened and I didn't scrapbook from 2010-just recently. I have reset up my scrapbook room and have started slowly going through my stash and re-organized...and buying lol. I came across so many fun things and I thought it'd be fun to see how many of your remember some of these and to also see/ready some of your old favorites! Please share! Some that come to mind are: (I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton!) Hambly Screen Prints - I LOVED their clear overlays and their rub-ons were fantastic! Not only were they completely modern but their rub-ons came off like butter. (Though I went to use one the other day and it absolutely would NOT transfer for anything!) Scenic Route - I think I had/have just about every line they ever put out but I remember loving Grafton, Cape Town, North Shore and Lynden and thought I had died and gone to heaven when their Background Office papers came out! I used and used and used them and still have some! Loved all their chip and cardstock stickers. SR to me was my OA before they came on the scene. Chatterbox - Adored their papers! Looking back now though I remember how very thin their patterned papers were lol. Jenni Bowlin - Oh my...loved all her shaped chipboard mini books, bingo cards, stickers, calendar cards and her super trendy papers and designs at that time! (hello label die-cut papers!) Maya Road - Chipboard heaven!! Couldn't get enough! Shapes, mini books, keychains. Tinkering Ink - Always bold and in-your-face designs but I was always drawn to them and probably for their bold colors. I loved their Provincial Fare collection. It was all navy, white and French blue. Gorgeous! Luxe Designs - Classy and something different. Scrapworks - Oh how I LOVED the Magpie collection back when TREES were super popular! Remember when trees were all the rage?! Sassafrass Lass - I always found myself cutting out all the fun images and scallops from their patterned papers. They just always had a funky, fun feel to their collections. Fontwerks (loved their tiny alphabet rub-ons and their stamps were pretty cool at the time!) Queen & Co. – Just had to have every kind of the Felt Fusion!

Wow, your pictures bring back a lot of memories! I also scrapped a lot more back then than I do now. For me, I was always excited about Club Scrap's monthly kits. I joined pretty much at the beginning and got SO many lovely kits that were completely different than anything I could find at the LSS. Sorry I can't post pictures - I still have most of the kits (or what's left of them) and stamps, but they're in storage right now. Gosh they had wonderful papers...

My favorite when I first started scrapbooking was Basic Grey (this was in 2008). So many of my early layouts were done in their collections. Boxer comes to mind...

This is the best thread ever!! I was just talking about that Hambly in another thread. I dearly wanted all the overlays and the rub ons. I only managed to get one or two pieces. I still have some of that Chatterbox and some of the other papers you posted! Such great memories of going to one of five LSS's I had (!!!) and getting to touch all the paper before I bought it! I swear I still have some of that Queen & Co. felt! I had forgotten all about it! Too funny!

Your pics being back a lot of memories...I actually have some of these in my stash...I absolutely LOVE the Hambley screen prints and just cannot part with them. I actually have a small piece of the turquoise circle one you have pictured above, it was my fave. I have it in brown too.
I still have a lot of Jenni Bowlin embellishments too.
I need to break them out and scrap a page using some of these items.

I don't know where you found those great images! I was trying to find images of Cactus Pink, or Arctic Frog papers, but that is going back too far maybe? LOVED scenic route!

I still have quite a bit of Hambly and lots of Scenic Route! I loved, and still love, Basic Grey Blush. It's probably my number one favourite collection, the colours, oh the colours! I also remember BG Color Me Silly arriving on the scene and being blown away by the vivid colours! And these things, seriously, I would build an extra room on the house to house these if I found a stock of them, or Heidi brought out a new batch! So many things Heidi did, I adored this alphabet and used so many of them! I just went to use one of these today!!!! Too lazy to drag the sewing machine out and the black zig-zag was at the end.... I was distraught! Someone needs to bring back rub-on stitching for lazy people like me

I have some of that Scenic Route paper.
My Chatterbox is older, probably 2003 ish...I had all the old room collections. Still have a few of them.
How about the old Mustard Moon collections...I had to have that in very color combination.

My favorites were Chatterbox, Jenni Bowlin, & KI Memories. All three companies produced versatile products in useful color palettes. Luckily, I still have a decent inventory & include elements from these manufacturers in my current pages!

I loved Hambly! If I am not mistaken Allison Kreft designed for them, and she went on to design for Webster's Pages. I still have a sheet of these golden wings rub-ons in my stash..and a few choice overlays ... need to break them out ofthe stash and get them on pages. I miss KI Memories something fierce, back when I was starting out in 2004/5 they were massive and I loved all their fun papers and bright colours. I always found them easy to work with. AND the Bazzill they made specifically to go with KI lines had the most glorious texture, like a watercolour paper. The white was my all time favourite white cardstock ever. Cosmo Cricket, I wish I had more in my stash, but alas! Everyone here probably knows what a huge Sassafras Lass fan girl i am. I have a few huge boxes of it left, and I still use it all the time. they made the BEST flat letter stickers, especially the glitter ones, that NEVER shed glitter anywhere, amazing. They always seemed to do themes before anyone else: they were doing the woodland theme way back in like 2005/6! I am still hoarding bits and pieces of Fawnd Of You. And I have piles of some other collections like Vintage Yummy, Anthem, Sweetly Smitten, Monstrosity etc. I believe they were the first manufacturer to think about making the branding strips usable. They had the best little sticker sheets. I loved those Sweet treats sheets, they had great shapes like clouds and hearts and stars in pretty patterns. FOLDIES...I am hoarding the last few sheets I have of these, but I did actually manage to use some the other day because they were just too perfect NOT to use! These are the Foldies I just used on my last layout...LOVE! This frames piece of paper from Vintage Yummy may be my favourite piece of scrapbook paper, ever. I think I have something like 5 sheets of it saved. Other companies I miss: Daisy D's; MOD; Jenni Bowlin; Lil Davis, Making Memories. Today's manufacturers could take a page of these books and help diversify things a bit, I think! Save

Scenic Route was one of my favorites and Northshore was such an awesome collection. I think I used most of it. I bought a ton during their going out of business sale and still have some and need to use it up. I also loved the early Heidi Swapp stuff so much. She had awesome fonts and I still have some of her chipboard. I loved her alpha stamps and tapes to I loved those chipboard hearts and her icicle snowflakes.

I also remember BG Color Me Silly arriving on the scene and being blown away by the vivid colours! Me, too! I bought so many pieces of that paper! Still have a few left. I remember absolutely falling in love with the ribbon from that collection. I had it put on my desk for years, just to look at it. Ditto with Gypsy Right next to my milk bottles of tiny Prima flowers. BG Gypsy is my most used and coveted collection from those days. I bought a lot of this paper, and used it all. So much fussy cutting!

I still have the KI , Mustard Moon and Chatterbox rooms in my stash. Mustard Moon's muted colors were especially good for beach photos. Loved Basic Grey's Bittersweet, Scenic Route, Paperfever , and Fresh Print. Junkitz had fun papers in bright colors but slightly shabby to soften them just a bit so they didn't overwhelm the photos. They just seemed to go with everything. Daisy D's retro papers, did a whole vintage Christmas album with this line. Still have the spring/summery papers stashed away.

I remember absolutely falling in love with the ribbon from that collection. I had it put on my desk for years, just to look at it. That ribbon was SOOOOO expensive, and I remember being quite dismayed at how little you got on each roll!!! I bought a few packages and still have quite a number. I have both those packs you posted pictures of I loved gypsy, and colour me silly - 2 of by favourite BG collections. I should dig out some scraps. I'm sure I still have a few pieces.

I really miss My Little Yellow Bicycle. Bright happy colours and designs. Still have some, but would have loved to see more... grammadee The only thing I have from LYB is the Zach's Life paper collection and I still love the colors! Gray, navy, orange, brown and red! A great combo! Oh, Chatterbox. I wish I would have hoarded those papers... If I remember, Chatterbox was one of the first line of papers and embellies that I bought. My friend *Marjorie* loved them and I bought a lot! She even made me a wonderful mini-book with all Chatterbox papers which I completed with pics of my XH and I's favorite vacation spot! I still have a good paper stash! My favorite when I first started scrapbooking was Basic Grey (this was in 2008). So many of my early layouts were done in their collections. Boxer comes to mind... I loved the Boxer collection! Still have a good stash. The green and red and navy made me so happy! Too funny! The sad thing about Hambly's rub-ons is I seriously just tried to use one on a card the other day and it WOULD NOT TRANSFER for anything. It was like it was super-glued to the sheet. I tried a few other different ones and they were the same way. I had to throw them all away. I was crushed, lol. I need to also! IMHO a lot of the Jenni Bowlin embellies do not look outdated at all! I still love them! I don't know where you found those great images! I was trying to find images of Cactus Pink, or Arctic Frog papers, but that is going back too far maybe? LOVED scenic route! Oh yes, I forgot about Arctic Frog papers! I never had much. I think I had to design with their papers one time and I really struggled. I can't even remember what line it was. Trying to remember Cactus Pink. It sounds familiar but I can't place it at all. I have some of that Scenic Route paper. My Chatterbox is older, probably 2003 ish...I had all the old room collections. Still have a few of them. How about the old Mustard Moon collections...I had to have that in very color combination. OMG, Mustard Moon! Reading that made me go into my stash because I knew that rang a bell when I read your post! I LOVED their lined papers and I was so into argyle print and once I saw their collection that was fall-like I snatched it up! This is what I still have lol! Funny thing is...I still really love it! WOW! I was not scrapping when those Foldies came out. They look fantastic!

Scenic Route's Sonoma line is still one of my faves. The red/green/pink combo was so fresh and pretty.
I miss the bold, jewel tones of a lot of older lines. It seems everything now has the same color palette.

impearia You know I'm right there with you on Sassafras. I also still have a bunch of it, both paper and embellishments. Love love love the banner stickers and sweet treats and paper whimsy flowers. I too miss ki but particularly loved the Love, Elsie lines and still have a lot of that stuff. It still looks very fresh to me. Cosmo Cricket, Oh my beloved! What have they done to you? Stash well stocked. One of my all time favorite brands. I still have a little Bam Pop... I'm saving the school line for when DD is in High School. Not Gone but drastically changed - Fancy Pants. They used to do a distressed look that was really different from what other companies did. Instead of being grungy distressed, it was a more light and airy, almost sun bleached kind of distressing. I loved that look! Sadly, I was a bit late to the Fancy Pants party and don't have a whole lot from that time, although I do have some. "Wishful Thinking" is one of my all time favorite lines.

Ah, memories....
I have a lot of the items in these pics in my stash! Looking at the KI Memories paper above, I do so wish the old lines could be reissued -- they still seem so fresh to me. I'll just have to continue to hoard the last of the "Pieces of Me" collection.

Oh man, I remember (and used, and still have) so many of these! Hambly - loved their rub-ons (I've still got some, should probably check if they still work but sounds like I might be out of luck) and I have a ton of the transparencies. Scenic Route - didn't really discover them until shortly before they disappeared, but still managed to acquire a reasonable stash. Loved their kraft papers especially. They did some great label stickers too. Scrapworks - I have that exact piece of paper in my stash, pretty sure it's the only piece of theirs I ever owned. Actually I think I've used this. Sassafrass - my favourite was the Robotics line. I have a few bits of Jenni Bowlin, Maya Road, Chatterbox in my stash. I did have some of the Queen & Co Felt Fusion but I'm fairly certain I purged it as I only ever used it a couple of times. I'm still hoarding my Love, Elsie and Rouge de Garance. Sad to say I don't think any of the Rouge de Garance has ever made it to one of my pages

Ok, so I just went and added a few LO pics to the gallery so I could share them here. This one is with BG Color Me Silly: Buzz Light by Jenny, on Flickr This has 7Gypsies paper and a Hambly rub-on: The Bird Whisperer by Jenny, on Flickr This one has Sassafrass Lass Robotics: Diggerland by Jenny, on Flickr This mixes a touch of KI Memories (I think - ETA nope, it's K&Co. Knew it started with a K!) with some VERY early Pink Paislee (Office Lingo, I think it was their first release): So Alike by Jenny, on Flickr and as I thought, I did use that Scrapworks Magpie paper (also some Maya Road chipboard on this one): Escape to the Country by Jenny, on Flickr
