So I placed an order from an online store that I have seen mentioned by one of my favorite Youtubers. They were having an amazing 45% off deal... So after 2 weeks I got my package in the mail an found out they sent me 2 wrong items.. So I sent them an email and they did not reply, so I contacted paypal... Now I get an email from the store telling me to mail the entire order back and they will refund my money. Well Hello~ they want me to pay for return shipping on there mistake... Rant over ~
OMG.. Now the owner is email me telling me I am causing her problem because I filed a paypal claim and blaming me ! I didn't pack the order !!!
I told her I am not paying $9 to send back the entire order .. she doesn't feel it is fair that it will cost money out of her pocket.. This Is truly the most bizarre shopping experience... Even telling me that I have caused her not to be able to pay her rent !!!

Oh hell no! They mail you the correct items and tell you to keep the other items cause it's way too much of a hassle to return them. That's what you call good customer service. Can you tell this is a sore spot with me?

That's ridiculous. It was their error - they should just mail you the correct items and tell you to keep the others for your trouble. Or at the very least, send a return label.

This is bizarre! All you wanted is what you ordered and paid for... I'd be harsher on her than you are being! I know it's hard to be a small business owner, but don't blame the customer who got the wrong stuff!

Was it from someone named Aimee Sullivan by chance? That is one woman I will never do business with again. Her practices were way worse than this, though. 40% off sale...sent me about half of what I ordered and charged me about triple the actual cost for shipping. Then took like 3 weeks to put the package in the mail after insisting it had been mailed and there was nothing she could do if the PO hadn't gotten it. Her justification was 'well, it was on sale.' Never got the missing items and filed a claim with paypal who refunded me directly instead of going after her because of my good standing.

For add-ons, I recently started ordering from scrapbook.com. I'm impressed. My orders have arrived fast, well packaged and completely accurate (including packing slip). Why oh why didn't SC ever use packing slips?

I swear by 'A Cherry On Top' (otherwise known as ACOT) and Scrapbook.com, I have placed more orders than I want to admit with both places and never had a problem. Hope you get this resolved.

I buy an embarrassing amount at scrapbook.com, and I have to make all orders under 30 dollars to keep under customs threshold so I've made a ridiculous amount of orders
I have only had two issues, once I got a parcel of Tim hotlz products instead of an order of doodlebug and when I contacted them the customer service was fantastic, and they not only sent me out new products within an hour they had also tracked down the person who had gotten my order and sent their new order as all without them even having contacted them yet.
And one product that was crate paper rubber pieces that were missing bits of detail and they straight away refunded my money.
They have fantastic customer service
I just couldn't recommend them enough

She must be desperate, as in closing down desperate because she has no fear of providing bad customer service. You gotta do what you gotta do. If you got your money back from paypal be sure to let them know she is bothering you and then move on and don't look back. Off to look up Ink Road.......

That name sounds familiar, was she that chick that got into a huge war of words on IG or her blog or somewhere with, I'm thinking it was Christy Tomlinson or someone?
I could be wrong, it just sounded like a name I remembered from somewhere.
