She might be wondering why she's getting a lot of hits in the next few hours. If there's not a direct link, it doesn't go back to here does it? I've always been curious how the tracking thing works on websites.

That name sounds familiar, was she that chick that got into a huge war of words on IG or her blog or somewhere with, I'm thinking it was Christy Tomlinson or someone? I could be wrong, it just sounded like a name I remembered from somewhere. I think you could be right...that was about the time I started falling CT on instagram and there was a serious war of words for awhile.

From what I recall, neither were very classy in the ordeal.

Oh hell no! They mail you the correct items and tell you to keep the other items cause it's way too much of a hassle to return them. That's what you call good customer service. Can you tell this is a sore spot with me? Yes!! This would be just good business, and if it's not financially prudent then they should at least pay for the postage of the miss-packed items. What you, wonderwoman, are describing is just horrible! Hope you get it your money back.

I paid .. she didnt deliever. Who is scamming who???... geez... Oh, I recently ordered from there recently. I was desperate for some doodlebug embellishments/stickers. I had googled the items I wanted and she had them. I received tracking that said it had arrived in Australia and then heard nothing for several days. THEN the tracking number was coming up as non existent??? I emailed her again and she said she would check as it was sale time and she was behind on orders and mine might still be in the queue. This didn't make sense as it had supposedly left her days ago? Her website gives no indication of what country she is even in and I did inquire about that as I would understand a long journey as I live at the bottom of Australia! (she didn't answer me) Luckily for me it did arrive about 5 days later. I'm glad I read this, I won't risk it again. I willingly paid the high postage because I desperately wanted the items to match the paper I had bought but now I'm worried in case I don't get the correct items at all! Thanks for telling us the name. I realise you didn't feel comfortable at first but I certainly appreciate it. Now I'm off to have a look at shipping costs to Australia from some of the other companies listed on here. Corinne

Interesting...I just went on the website...I notice that they sell some Recollections products. I thought those were exclusive to Michaels? (Or maybe only in Canada). Still, I would think that being a small business owner trying to sell a house brand from a major store that regularly offers steep discounts is a bit of a recipe for disaster.

I saw she sold Paper Studio and that is an exclusive brand to Hobby Lobby.

I swear by 'A Cherry On Top' (otherwise known as ACOT) and Scrapbook.com, I have placed more orders than I want to admit with both places and never had a problem. Hope you get this resolved. Me, too. I love them both. And, I assume they love me, LOL.

I bought from her about 9 months ago. I didn't have a problem and she included some really cool free stuff like staz-on green ink and a pack of pl cards. Maybe it was a mistake! Lol.
Anyways I was going to do another order but the site was down for a restock and I forgot about shopping there again...
Sorry to hear you are having hassle.

I've ordered once from Cherry and it was fine. I've ordered several times from Scrapbook.com, my stuff comes really well packed and gets to me very quickly. I had one defective sticker (manufacturer defect), and I sent photos with a request to exchange. They took care of it asap, and were very courteous. They're my first stop for online stuff now, because I know I can trust them to treat me honestly.
I ordered from one store that was horrendous, and I'll never touch them again. They had some of a discontinued line I wanted, and I placed my order, and tried to email, then call, because part of my order was a gift and I wanted to check on ship time. They never got back, and their website was archaic, so I called Paypal and asked them to verify it was still an active business. They called the owner I guess, and the next day I got the Paypal shipping notice--but 10 days later it still wasn't dropped off at the post office, so I finally called Paypal to file a claim. The seller waited until the LAST DAY of the claim to actually put my product in the mail, which was over a month after I ordered it. Several items were wrong, one was missing, but they were $1 ea, so I chalked it up to a "never-again" and was grateful I got what I did.
As far as Paypal's claims, they told me they just freeze the funds until it's settled, and they'll step in and make a decision after x days if you can't reach an agreement directly.
And...I'm glad you shared the business name, too. I appreciate being able to avoid issues.

I followed The Ink Road drama when it erupted in IG. I can't even remember how i got wind of it because i'm not a planner chick. I hesitate to call those involved women because that was some petty, juvenile junior high shit when it went down. Everyone involved should be embarrassed and mortified that it was public.

Yikes! What a horror story! I hope it works out for you and also thank you for posting the name so the rest of us can beware. I will also say that I have had great service w/ scrapbook.com, createforless & believe it or not oriental trading (although their shipping can be high if you don't catch them at the right time). I also have nothing but wonderful things to say about paperwishes. Their selection isn't always the latest & greatest, but I cannot say enough about their customer service. A+.

I cautiously shopped there once about 5-6 months ago. I had no issues, except one of my sheets of paper was missing and it was out of stock when I looked on the site. I also got some freebies with my order. It was some Recollections stamps and something else. It was ok. Nothing I would have picked myself. I was aware of the drama, but it seemed to be over and I took a chance because she had what I wanted. But I have not shopped there since.
What happened to you OP is apalling. No mature business-savy person would do that.

She blamed you for not being able to pay her rent since you aren't paying her (for stuff you didn't get)? Seriously? Sorry you have to go through this, and thanks for the warning.
Another vote for Scrapbook.com. They have excellent customer service. A while back on one of my orders they sent me a couple of things I hadn't ordered instead of two that I did. In looking at their site and my original order I saw that someone had accidentally transposed some numbers. I contacted the company and they apologized and immediately sent me the correct items. I offered to return the wrong ones but they told me to just keep the ones they sent me. THAT'S how it's done.

Another plug for Scrapbook Generation. They are a family owned brick and mortar LSS that also have a great online store. I've shopped online and in-person and have always had great service. I also like their Bank It program that allows you to order online, but doesn't ship until you've made enough orders to get free shipping.
