My bladder usually wakes me up at 5:30 so I go to the bathroom with my eyes closed and TRY to sleep until the alarm goes off at 6:15. I'm usually not successful because DSO then starts snoring away. I usually give up at that point.

5:55 am. Once school starts, I will probably get up 15 minutes earlier. I don't like to sleep in, 8am is probably the latest. I feel my day has gone by if I sleep in any later.

Weekdays, 4:15am. I have an hour commute and start work at 6am, and I need a good 1/2 hour or 45 minutes to get ready. Weekends I will be in bed by 9pm and sleep until 7 or 8am. I need my sleep!!
I am more of a morning person than night, but 4am is brutal. I only do it because my job lets me work four 10-hour days. That's one less day of commuting 45 miles, so it's worth it.

During the week, my alarm goes off at 5:30, and I start work (work from home) at 6am. In the weekends, it's rare that I sleep past 6 or 6:30. <Yawn...>

My family too thinks I'm nuts. I'm up about 3:15 a.m. Why? Because I pick up whatever mess wasn't put away the night before and get my stuff loaded into my car. I go to my exercise club at 4:30. Then I work out from 5-6. I return home, shower, then out the door by 7 for work. Yes, I'm in constant motion until I get in the car to go to work. Good gravy that would kill me! What time do you go to bed at night? Me, I'm a night owl. Up til 2am and sleep til around 9 or 10 depending on how accommodating the cats are. I will say that I never sleep through the night though. I usually wake up three or four times a night to go to the bathroom. And if I drink any caffeine after noon I'm usually up til 3am or later.

During the week, I start waking-up naturally around 4:30am since for years and years that was my alarm time. I go into work a little later these days so now my alarm goes off at 5:15 but rarely does it actually wake me up. On weekends, I am usually awake around the same time but try to fall back to sleep until around 6:00 or 6:15am. I rarely sleep later than 6:30am.

I am not a morning person so I get up between 4 and 5:30. That gives me time to get human before heading to work at 7.

During the school year, I'm up at 5 a.m. I leave around 6:15 to get to work. If I don't leave that early, I'm spending FOREVER in traffic. This way, I get out before crazy traffic hits and I can get some prep done at school for the day's lesson and/or grade etc.
During the summer, it depends. I take a boot camp class M, W, F, so I'm up by 5:15 at the latest--the class starts at 6 a.m. and I need some coffee minimum before I go. T, TH, I'm up between 6 and 7 a.m. depending on how late I went to bed and/or how tired I am.

I take Trazodone to sleep and if I take 75 mg I get up at 6. If I take my prescribed amount I am up at 9 LOL. I like getting up early though.

Around 7 am. My DH works 2-11 pm and I used to try and go back to sleep to get up more on his schedule. But I couldn't stay up till he was ready to go to bed at 1 or 2 am. I feel so much better getting up on my own schedule.

6.30 - both on work days and weekends. I use an alarm because I am scared of oversleeping but am ALWAYS awake just before it goes off....which is why I tend to get up at the same time at weekends - I am wide awake and not good at just lying in bed and almost never go back to sleep. When I'm on holiday for more than a few days, I'll eventually start to wake at about 7.30 - normally a couple of days before I go back to work!

I'm up when DH gets up. I can rarely sleep past 7. Now, on the days when the kids are at their dad's and it's cold out and I just do not have anything that needs to be done, I might not get out of bed until 8.

Normally between 6 and 6:30 but if I wake up anything after 5 I'll get up. Sometimes if I'm wide awake at 4:30 I'll just get up too. I don't leave for work until 8:30.
I normally go to bed between 11 and 11:45 on a weeknight and try to be asleep by 12:30.

I get up at 4:45 a.m. and HATE that. I am even a morning person, but 4:45 is ridiculous! I like 6 a.m. and usually get up around then on weekends. I have to get up that early so I can leave at 5:45 and drive to the office. I have to be there by 6:30 a.m. I curse my job every morning! After I stop for coffee and get to the office, I remember I like it.

Since my husband passed away my sleep pattern has been really off. Some nights I only get 3 hours of sleep. Monday-Friday, during the school year, I get up at 6am with my youngest daughter.

I begrudgingly get up at 4:30am during the school year. I'm a night owl, so during the summer all bets(and alarm clocks)are off!

I get up at 4:30am for work. In the winter if they are calling for snow I get up at 4:10am. When I don't have work I get up between 6am and 7am. I only sleep 4 or 5 hours every night. I can't sleep longer then that.

during the week: between 4:45 and 5:00, to feed the dogs / cats, and get ready for work. I am not quick in the morning, so it could take me till between 6:30 - 7:00 to leave the house. My 30 mile commute is about 45 min, depending on how early I leave the house and what day of the week it is.
On a weekend, I get up at 5-ish to feed the dogs / cats, then can go back to sleep till about 10:30, easy. My boyfriend can never get back to sleep once he's up, but I have no problem.

Weekdays 5:30am - I have an hour commute. Weekends- I wake up about 6am and lounge in bed with my phone or iPad until at least 7am. It just seems to wrong to get up before 7 on the weekend but incant fall back asleep anymore after I wake.
