I am NOT A MORNING PERSON, but I was a teacher and got up 5 :45 for years, it about killed me. I would sleep until 10 on weekends. Summer never really counted as catching up on sleep, seems like kids always had to be someplace early. But now I am retired, what a beautiful word, lol. And I have finally found my natural wake up time. Usually between 8 and 8:30.

6:00-6:30 am during the week. I like to sleep in on Sundays if I can. Today I slept until 9:30 which is really late for me.

Most days it's between 7:00 and 7:30. Once in a while it'll be a bit earlier or sometimes even a little later.
I'm retired and since not having to set my alarm regularly, on the rare occasions that I do have to get up early, I don't sleep well all night.

I get up 6:30 most days. Weekends I tend to get up around 9am.

My 7 month old wakes me up between 6-7am. I'd forgotten what it was like to be on a baby's schedule, I can handle 7 but 6am is a tad early for me.
