Have you bought anything from the new collections? At first, i was not sure I would buy anything but I ended up buying a few things from Shimelle's line, Maggie Holmes' line and Dear Lizzy's line. I felt like I got a good mix of Shimelle's and MH's lines without buying the whole thing. I just bought a few papers from DL and think I will mix it with some of her older collections. So what have you bought or plan to buy (if anything)?

I think I'll be picking up some of Shimelle's collection with my next paycheck. I may get the new distress ink oxide pads too. I'm trying to buy slowly* since I own so much already. Gotta use what I have first!
*Haha...yet I'll buy any Basic Grey I can find.

I ordered a whole stack of the new Shimelle line today. Where I bought it was already sold out of a couple of things I wanted - one paper and the ephemera pack - so I'll need another order when they are back. I'm not planning on getting much else - I bought quite a lot of Kaisercraft on my recent trip to Australia, and that, along with today's order, should keep me going for a while.

Oh man, thanks to this thread I just went looking at some things... got a sudden attack of FOMO! ...found a video from CHA/my minds eye that made me cringe a little... Their Hey Mister line, which actually has some fun elements for masculine or less feminine cards/pages... the girl described it as "masculine, fun, kinda unique, sorta all over the place design/style-wise, fun, yah" Way to sell the line, lady! You got me convinced. I love all-over-the-place, kinda-unique styles. I shouldn't make fun of her - I'm sure it's a really hard thing to describe a bunch of different designs over and over again all day... especially when your designers have gone for strongmen + paper airplanes + bulldogs + tools + zodiac signs as their theme... and you're more used to selling pretty florals. But wow! Funny thing is I really quite like a lot of the designs and if I could get a better look at what's INSIDE the sticker and die cut packs I would probably buy a few different things from this line. It looks like fun for cardmaking, for a break from pink and florals. I wish they would show the actual contents more - I know that every line has papers, and a cardstock sticker sheet (on kraft, ooh!), and a pack of ephemera - show me what's INSIDE! And no, "copper foil on some of them" isn't enough for me to say "I'll take it!" I want to know what percentage of the pack is useful and how much is weird silhouettes of tools because men and boys like saws and hammers! Oh well. I might just buy the darn ephemera pack and pick out the fun stuff and give away the rest. Anyway... I am still debating whether I love Shimelle's new line or not. I wish the 6x6 pad had B sides - they're what I really need for cardmaking, to balance the bold A sides that are in the 6x6 pad, but do I really want to buy paper by the sheet and cut it down? Not really. I'd much rather they had it scaled down to 6x6 for me, so I can spend less money, get less product, and spend less time. Who do I write to at AC to complain about that?! And I still need to figure out what to do with my excess of Starshine that I jumped too hastily into last year... which makes me think I can wait a while for this new collection... see how I feel about it in a couple of months... since the 6x6 Starshine pad I HAD to have last year, which took months to arrive, is still available and is 20% off... silly me. (I bought the 12x12 pad in my impatience last year which prevented me from getting the buzz of "using it up" that I get from the 6x6 pad - I almost hate the line now because I have such an excess). This year, I declare to you ladies reading this thread, I will only buy small quantities of things and 6x6 pads, so that I can feel the satisfaction of using things up, which makes me feel good about myself and this hobby.

I bought some embellishments from the new AC lines. Today I am going back and getting some paper. Really want the new Carta Bella cruise line and the MME Cat and will wait until I can get both at one place. Would like to stop paying shipping here & there because I can't find all I want in one place.

I bought some of the new Shimelle and I have to say it's much better in person for me. I love purple and it has some great purples in it.

Nothing new ordered yet. I did receive my Jan/Feb scrapbooking kits and picked up some papers I had ordered in November/December. I checked out my order at Paper Wishes, but it was not for any of the new lines or tools.
I did discuss the new releases with my LSS owner. I am sure she will be bringing in several of the lines I like. And I am sure that one way or another the new stuff I love will find its way home to Mama!

I bought one little 6x6 pad of the Dear Lizzy Happy Place line. It was at Beall's Outlet for $2.99. I have no idea why a brand new release was at an outlet store. It's perfect for Florida life, except maybe the cacti...I don't see too many of those around here.

The only thing I've bought is the tonic stamp positioned but I've got a ton of the new lawn fawn stuff on my wish list! I was supposed to be on the January freeze but I cave a few days in and am waiting for my most recent order to arrive... 😳... once that arrives I'm pretty sure those items will end up with a new home!

Disclaimer: Don't judge me...I haven't bought supplies in ages!
I also bought the new Shimelle line Little by Little. I bought almost all of it aside from a few papers. I am very excited for the puffy stickers and washi set. I always find her collections suit my style and are easy for me to use. I do like this collection, but I don't think it will hold a candle to Starshine which is in my top 5 collections of all time. I like that Shimelle uses a lot of navy blues and yellows because they are excellent to scrap with. Did anyone else feel there were less embellishments this time around? No stamp set, no chipboard (I love her chipboard, it is a bit more flat!) no flair...
I also bought a couple of sheets of Maggie Holmes new line, but not much. And after I finished shopping the first time I decided I NEEDED some Dear Lizzy Lovely Day too. I used to love Dear Lizzy, but the last few collections she has done had left me completely cold....Lovely Day is so cute! So I got maybe 10 sheets of the DL and some embellishments. I really like that they had the layered chipboard again. Those are pretty rare these days.
Then, if that wasn't enough I did have to go and order that Freckled Fawn birthday box...that should hold me for awhile. (I hope)....

I bought some of the Hazelwood by 1canoe2, and Kaiserkraft Ubud Dreams (LOVE these papers)
I haven't yet but will get most of Shimelles new line and Maggie holmes new line. I will also get most of Pink Fresh Live more line. This release has been the most unexciting for me in a long time, and I am scrapbooking more than I ever have? I really hope it isn't a sign of things to come! Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me?

Not yet, but I have bits and pieces of several collections accumulating in my cart at ACOT. I just need to sort it all out and place a few orders. I currently have 11 sets of the new hearts/stars puffies from Bella Blvd as one order all by itself, lol. I'll probably start working on those orders this week before the preorder coupon stops working as things come in stock.
