I finished the two pages I was working on yesterday and have completed another double page for an older project. This brings my total to 5 pages for the month so far.

I finished my December Daily last night!! Well done! It's nice to hear what everyone is working on, almost like we're scrapping together! I agree!

2 single pagers this weekend for me. Nothing to go towards my new goal/idea of a year in review album though. I kind of found myself rethinking that idea a lot yesterday so I'm not sure about it anymore. I'll keep it on the back burner for now and just keep working on creating pages of the photos I love for now.

I have finished photo editing and most of the journaling for another 48 stories. Bringing me to a total of 80 stories to tell prepped. I will print the photos for the traditional layouts this week.
and, now for something completely different (sorry Monty Python was running through my brain). I'll move on to something else on my goal list. But probably not until my 30 minutes tomorrow. Have to grade papers and prep for school.

The furniture is in place in my scrapbook room...yay! Everything is a huge disaster though. I'm sitting in the room wondering where to begin. DH said he'd need to go to sleep eventually, so I better take everything we threw on my bed, off.
While at DS30's today I made three pages for his album. They are just 6x8 pages so they come together really quickly. I left my project bag there for tomorrow. He'd like to try an outing tomorrow, so I may get nothing done, but I'm thrilled he wants to try.
Back to my crazy mess!

and I hope to get some pages done while watching New England lose Sunday. I'm planning on doing a little scrapping Sunday between dipping chips and watching New England lose, too. Ahem. Well, let's just move past this, shall we? iheartpaper, that's great news that your DS is ready to try an outing. Hopefully it does him some good and it won't be too tiring. My crop yesterday definitely didn't go as planned. My one friend that showed up thought she was going to be able to scrap an entire vacation in an hour or two. We got a few basic layouts done and she was happy with them. So this afternoon I've been working on completing some layouts that needed titles and journaling. I'll be happy to get them into albums today.

I haven't done much in the way of scrappy stuff since the new year. I've been busy purging and organizing my house and participating on the purge thread.
This week I cleaned organized and purged my scraproom. That was long over due and was glad I pushed thru it and got it done!
For February I have several goals:
*make valentine treat bags for GD class
*make 12 thank you cards for an order
*come up with 4 card samples for make and takes I'm hosting at a local crop in March. I then have to prep the supplies needed for the participants.
I'm also doing a card class at a different crop this is in February so I will have to prep for that as well.
*I have four 3 day retreats coming up, 2 in March and 2 in April. I need to figure out my projects for them. I make up kits either for layouts or cards to take with me. I want to at least get enough for the March ones and the 1st one in April
*I started a project life type album for each of my 4 boys starting from their birth so 1990 on. I have from 90-95 photos copied sorted and put in pockets for the first 3 boys but no filler cards and no journaling. I would like to get that caught up so I can start where I left off as a March goal.
Hope I can accomplish all this in between my house purge/organize goals!
I'll add photos to the thread as I accomplish my goals.

You ladies have been busy!
I am back home from my weekend birthday celebration, and ready to get back on track Monday. Before I left, I laid out a set of Christmas photos, made notes for title/journaling, dug out some papers and chose a challenge and a sketch to help me jump right back in.
In the morning, that may mean that my fingers will be flying and the pages will start coming together like magic, or I will stare at that stuff all day saying, "What was I THINKING?"
Wish me luck!

I was so hopeful for Atlanta, Elsabelle. I thought there was no way the Patriots could come back. That's funny about your friend having such high expectations! That is a lot of goals and a very busy retreat/crop schedule canadianscrappergirl! You'll whip those layouts in no time grammadee! I love how you prepare stories, LisaDV! I didn't get much done tonight in my room redo, but I got my bed cleaned off at least.

I'll add photos to the thread as I accomplish my goals. Which crops do you plan to attend in March and April? There is one where I live put on by the parent council, that is the 1st weekend in March. Goes from Fri to Sunday it's $150 and includes all meals, large table and cropping from 3 pm friday to 3 pm sunday. The meals are fabulous. They bring in the scrap mobile on Saturday and massages and pedicure are available too I think. You get a $75 tax receipt too! 2nd one in March is from the 24-26 it's Crop and Create put on by Scrapbook and Cards Magazine it's an awesome crop and has lots of classes. More details on their fb page. April 7-9 I go to the one scrappy chick retreat in Medicine Hat it's at the Clarion put on by the lss there. You get your own table and she brings in her store to shop from. You only get a lunch with that crop. Goes from 9 am friday to 5 pm Sunday There's usually about 50 scrappers and the talent at that crop is phenomenal! More details on her fb page. April 21-23 I go to one in Stettler it's put on by the lady who used to own the store there. I also try to go to a monthly day crop in Red Deer if I'm around. Medicine Hat has a monthly 3 day crop too put on by a local lady that I've attended once it's great too. That one is $30 for the weekend.

Oh my goodness! I'm caught up on PL 2017! Got a burst of inspiration and knocked out all of January. Next: finish 2014 WITL. It's almost done, I just want to close the book. Woo hoo! I did it! Finished WITL 2014 over the weekend. I'm on a roll! Not sure what I'll do next, I expected those 2 projects to take me most of the month. Maybe I'll finish up my DD like LavenderLayoutLady - I'm certainly feeling inspired! Or maybe start my photo organization/editing project since my new computer is finally set up thanks to DH. loco coco - awesome LOs! TFS!

Last night I completed some layouts and was ready to start scrapping some new pictures but in the clean up process I found more layouts that needed journaling. So I'll be completing those today. I think my batch scrapping needs more organization. The good news is that once those are done I'll get that awesome feeling of putting them into albums. I swear there are endorphins involved.

He'd like to try an outing tomorrow, so I may get nothing done, but I'm thrilled he wants to try. That's fantastic news. Hope he goes easy and doesn't get to tired and everything goes well. Good luck! @loco coco, those are gorgeous layouts and that baby is so adorable! Woo hoo! I did it! Finished WITL 2014 over the weekend. The good news is that once those are done I'll get that awesome feeling of putting them into albums. I swear there are endorphins involved. I want your DNA, because mine definitely does not give off endorphins. Putting the layouts in the album comes right after photo editing in my least favorite scrapbook activity list. I started going through my old stories and only found a couple that were already told. But I just don't have it in me to do the photo editing right now, so I've decided to put that off until another month. But I did make my hand lotion today. Hurray!

Choosing pictures, choosing picture size, editing, using Photosheet, uploading, ordering, wighing, crying. OK, maybe not that bad, but I do hate it. Putting the pictures in the album signals completion to me. A finished layout! I'm one of those list maker types and when I check something off my list I feel so accomplished. Like I really have my life together. Really, finishing anything makes me feel good because I'm a lazy procrastinator at heart.

I knew I liked you - we're kindred spirits. But it gets entered into my spreadsheet and that's it's checkmark . The layouts I actually display for a while in different spots in the house, or pile up on a shelf to change out when I'm tired of the ones on display. Since it's already been entered, I usually wait for a huge pile before finally putting them away.

Oh my that baby is too adorable loco coco! The layouts are really great, too. Beautiful cards canadianscrappergirl! DS30's first outing went really well. We went to five stores on a hunt for power rangers. I know...he's thirty and buying toys! We both needed a nap by the time we came back. I got a few pictures to scrapbook...yay! When I get home I hope I have some energy to work on my scrapbook room.

Glad you two got an outing, iheartpaper--and that you got some scrap able photos! Gorgeous cards, canadianscrappergirl! No wonder you get orders! I finished 2 pages today: nothing very artsy, but some cute photos about quiet family traditions. I am back on track to get these stories IN THE BOOK! Unlike you, LisaDV, I actually like getting the pages into the albums. As I add new pages I flip through completed ones and think about what new pages belong with these.

I scrapped way more than I thought I'd be able to today.
I finished 7 layouts total.
Two 8.5x11's, five 12x12's.
They were all school related layouts, so I was in a groove.
