it strikes me that he could still be unfamiliar with the protocol. No there was a thread here when he over dominated a hand shake with another leader in the same room and chairs. He knows what he's supposed to do. He could see out the corner of his eye that she leaned in and said something to him. Yes. My Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He used one hand to hold Mr. Trump's arm in place. This was the greeting outside. Inside infront of reporters Mr. Trump HIMSELF mentioned they want to see a handshake. Though the picture taken before the handshake made lots of memes because the look on Mr. Trudeau's face could've been "What? Again?" So it just baffles me that Mr. Trump wouldn't want to shake hands with another leader since he seemed so intent to do it twice in front of reporters with the leader of my country.

From WaPo: "Security experts quickly attacked the flaws in Trump’s logic. On Twitter, former U.S. ambassador to NATO Ivo Daalder wrote that increased defense budgets by Germany aren’t transferred to the United States. He also pointed out that NATO decided to make the 2 percent requirement mandatory just a couple of years ago. The alliance gave all member states until 2024 to reach that goal, and Germany is on track. “Trump’s comments misrepresent the way NATO functions,” Daalder told us. “ The President keeps saying that we need to be paid by the Europeans for the fact that we have troops in Europe or provide defense there. But that’s not how it works.”Damn right that's not how it works, given the strategic position some of those countries have. Is the rest of the party doing NOTHING?? Mr. Trump is their distraction. That way they can ram whatever they want into law while everyone is being distracted.

The moment Europe realized the president of the United States is completely bananas.
