She's not inventing the wheel here as these AC lines tend to look the same, but I have a little girl to scrapbook for so Dear Lizzy's whimsical style appeals to me. I will be buying a few sheets of the paper. Dear Lizzy Star Gazer

I used to love dear lizzy but her last two lines have been unimpressive. This one falls into that category. I mean it's pretty but I won't be buying it.

I like a lot of that but it looks like the same papers or very similar to a lot of paper in the past few years.

I like a few of the papers but some of those prints are so big that I'm sure I'd have trouble working with them. Also, this is another collection that is an eclectic mix. I do not like an eclectic mix.

i like the shooting star embellies and a paper here or there. definitely like this collection better than the last one and much prefer it over both amy tan's and shimelle's offerings.

I haven't seen fawns in a while so that's Lind of new. But for the most part this is similar to other AC papers I have so I'm passing.

I used to like Dear Lizzy stuff. I remember when 5th & Frolic came out and I was crazy for it. Used that on so many layouts, it never disappointed me! This, however, like her other recent releases is just plain ugly.

I like several sheets of this paper, but it's not very celestial for a line named "star gazer."

I like the B side of one of the card sheets--it's a green leaf pattern on a green background. And the deer paper reminds me of something I had as a little girl--but I can't recall what.

I quite like the kraft/woodgrain with the tiny heart but that's the only thing that really caught my eye from this collection.

They could have put just an item or 2 about the solar eclipse into this line, it would have fit right in. I wish it was a bit more celestial too.

All lines from this company seem similar in mood, color palette, etc., & don't work for my pages of our teen boy. ...it's not very celestial for a line named "star gazer." Agreed. I've noticed a few other lines with names that don't accurately reflect the patterns/mood/colors. Given this is a creative industry, it seems odd no one could think of a better name. I just hope consumers don't buy online based on the name of these collections without inspecting each item because they will be disappointed when the products arrive!

Wait...
"SATUR-YAY"
They're knocking off FRI-YAY now?
ETA:
And:
"HELLO"
"BEST DAY EVER"
"WILD & FREE"
This feels like a rerun.

From the name of this line, I thought it was going to be very celestial. Not seeing much of it.

it's not very celestial for a line named "star gazer." My thoughts exactly. I was thinking of a line with maybe something for those who love stars and celestial/space themed stuff.

I love all the papers, but the embellishments don't do it for me.

Not crazy new and exciting, but it's pretty and I have a little girl to scrap. The one item I really do want though is the package of shooting stars. Those will be the perfect embellishment for my daughter's album.

I think it's alright. Really happy to see a bright green included and it's been awhile since I've seen any flair from AC.

It's ok but looks like so many of the other collections. Wait a minute, I'm pretty sure I've already said that about the last release!

I love the colors, especially the true blue, green, and yellow. The collection has pink in it but it isn't overwhelming. I absolutely love the floral paper with the blue background. I have absolutely no use for the deer paper and yet I know I'll get it just because it is so pretty. I don't know how I feel about the copper accents on the embellishments.
I do like an eclectic mix as long as the colors hold together. I just got the new Amy Tangerine line, which a lot of people on here complained about. I love it!! I can't wait to use it- the colors are so bright and not pastel pink. The red color is especially fun and not at all common in scrapbook paper.

I LOVE the bright and deep blue she used, but other then the two predominantly blue pieces there is nothing I could use or would buy from this line. It looks like AT and Shimelle had a paper baby and this is what happened. Doesn't seem like a Dear Lizzy line at all.

Poo, I too was disappointed in how uncelestial the collection is! There's not even a single star-related word in the chipboard phrases pack. "Included words: hello, magical, love, adventure, today, memories" Erm, ok. How about infinity, divine, starry-eyed if you want to keep it generic enough?
However, I think I may need the ephemera pack. Look at those little die-cuts! Oh, I'm in love with the bearded guy shape that reads "free spirit" even if the phrase is unoriginal and so done at this stage. Just look at his cutie patootie face... *squishes screen* Nothing else even vaguely tempts me.
