I can't stand Paul, and I think his advantages (in addition to just the experience of playing before) were much too large. If he gets to the end, he deserves the win based on his manipulation, but I would love to see him taken out before he gets there. I don't think there is a huge chance, but there is an outside chance that Josh wins and gets to pick who he takes.

I don't want to see Christmas win because she is actively rooting for Paul to win. Josh is at least still interested in winning himself.

Is there anyone here who *wants* to see Christmas win? I'd love to hear from you. She's the one I can't make an argument for. I will not bite, I promise. Not me...she should have gone home when her foot was broken and played next year.

I don't think Christmas has done a single thing to deserve to win. Had she not been hurt, she might have been a competitor, but I don't even understand why they left her in.
America's Favorite - I'm voting Mark. He got emotional at times, but I think he's a good guy. He came out of the house and was kind talking to Julie and understood this is a game and it isn't all personal.

Today is Saturday, September 16.Josh and Christmas will face off today to compete in Part Two of the final HOH competition. Historically, it's a challenging competition that combines mental and physical elements, so Josh may have an edge. Lots of sleeping, another bottle of champagne, and a little horseplay filled out yesterday's activities. Josh camtalked a bit as he said he's gunning for this Part 2 and wants to win Part 3 also so he can choose who to take. He's afraid Xmas hasn't pissed anybody off, so he could lose votes there, but the act of taking out Paul might gain him some. If he faces off against Paul, he's not sure, but he thinks he might get votes from Alex, Jason, Matt, Raven, and Xmas - that would be enough, so he thinks maybe he would do better against Paul. Paul reinforced the F2 with Josh. They said Xmas knows she's getting cut and doesn't care, she's okay with it, so it's those two at the end. Paul said he's checked out of the game at this point, so it's all up to Josh. If the jurors haven't recorded their Roundtable Discussion yet, they'll do that today. Last night's clip show actually had some new content, including a fight that wasn't on the feeds with Kevin, and they included footage of the rat!. It wrapped with them on behind unicorns, holding a rope, beginning the first part of the final HOH. Voting continues for America's Favorite here.

So I have been reading all your comments this season....THANK YOU ALL FOR GREAT READS!!
Sad to say, I would like to see Paul win. He played the game. As bad and evil as it was, he played a great game. If Josh is such a fan, why didn't he see this earlier on and start to play also? He's still not playing. He's just dumb. If Christmas wins, that will be such a disappointment. She didn't play. She rode that scooter all season. She couldn't compete, and IMHO, that wasn't right. A lot of this game is the physical, of which she couldn't play. Bye bye Christmas when she broke her foot. Not fair to the others. I really wished that Kevin wasn't evicted. I think he could have won, since everyone has realized who the TRUE puppeteer was. (Jeeze Raven.) I actually felt so very sorry for him. Being ignored and treated the way he was. He was a gentleman to the very end. He thanked everyone, and went out with no hard feelings at all, unlike Jason and Alex. But those duck lips. I have never laughed so hard. He does have that down.
I do have to scratch my head tho. Don't these people realize that there are camera's all over that house, and cameras behind the glass/mirrors? Don't the showmances realize that their 'activities under the sheets' are being filmed and watched? Would you really want your family, friends, co-workers to see that?
I'm thinking Jason or Mark will pull of America's Favorite.

I think she convinced them that it would be an interesting twist to leave her in and see how far someone could go just on their social game. I think she is going to use that as her reason to win if she makes final 2. The sad thing is Paul pretty much orchestrated who would win each HOH and Veto so she really didn't have a handicap with having to sit out some comps. Completely agree with you on Mark for AFP. He didn't hide & feel sorry for himself the week he knew he was heading home and played hard to stay in the game. His attitude wins it for me. Part of me would love Jillian, Cameron or Ramses to win just to drive it home to this crop of HG that they kind of stunk.

Come on, buddy, you can do it! You might even win this thing! So if Paul does end up on the jury, who would he vote for? Will he be bitter and go after the one with his blood on their hands? I have no doubt he will be final 2, but it does make me laugh to think about.

My husband told me he read that only all-access subscription votes will count for favorite player. I need to have him show me where he read it because that's BS if it's true. I think he said someone posted the info was in the fine print. Has anyone else read this?
Of course, I still think they will just give it to whoever they want. It's not like we know the final favorite vote tally. I also think it was too easy to give Paul that last HOH win since no viewers will ever know the real times from the comic challenge. I just find it way to convienent that Paul gets these "wins" when he really needs them.

You do have to register to vote but that is not the same as being an All Access subscriber. There was definitely a glitch on the first night and I voted way more than 20 times. I wan't counting, just assumed I'd be cut off when I hit 20, so I counted another 20 and stopped when it still didn't cut me off.

Today is Sunday, September 17. Good morning! Yesterday, the Part Two of the HOH competition took place. The feeds were down nearly six hours, and Josh won Part 2. He and Paul will face off live on finale night for part 3.
Rumoredly, the juror round table was very bitter; only Matt & Raven were notably supporting Paul.
I'm in a bit of a rush this morning, so I'm cutting this a bit short, but I doubt there's much to add anyway. Paul's already rehearsing his finale speech, and is working double time to ensure that Josh takes him to the end if he wins.

I think they should divide the $500,000 between the crew who had to listen to these losers all season.

I would die laughing if Paul's only votes were from his one, true alliance. The last jury member is isolated from the others IIRC so won't have any influence on the other members. Is that right? I really hope Josh is rehearsing just as hard as Paul and keeps the crying under control. He has disclosed the alliance in the last few goodbye messages while Paul has lied his pants off in those messages and that has bugged me as much as his manipulating the bully behavior. I'm kind of hoping that will be his downfall.

Somewhat off topic, but I just looked up Season 1 BB on YouTube and started watching. I'm only half way through episode 1, but it is SO different than what it is now. I vaguely remember some of the houseguests, but in 2000 I was in the midst of baby-rearing, so didn't have as much tv time as I do now.

They had no idea what alliances were and still thought for themselves. I wish they would go back to a simpler time with a good balance of old and new.

I think that was the first season only. There was no HoH, everyone voted for who to put up for eviction and the audience decided who to send home, no competitions--it was kind of dull. HoH and the house getting to choose who to evict started in season 2. I also remember that those first few seasons after season 1, the jury wasn't sequestered. That's why Danielle was ridiculously beaten by Lisa in season 3. Every person who left that house loved Danielle and thought she should win. Then they watched the show and saw how manipulative Danielle was and they also got offended by her very funny, but often cutting, diary room sessions. After that season, they started sequestering.

It would be fun to watch some recaps of old seasons.

I think he was joking, but it concerned production enough to get him out of there. And yeah, no more sharp knives.

Today is Monday, September 18.There's not much to report as the season winds down. The F3 sleep, eat, nap, joke, and talk, trying to whittle away the hours. BB gifted them with two fidget spinners (yes, 2, for 3 people - ??), so that entertained them for about 5 minutes. During After Dark, they answered viewer questions that they pulled from a hat. The Qs were all light-hearted and not game related, things like "who will you call first" and "what is your favorite tattoo." Paul/Josh talked again, re-reaffirming their F2, and discussed how to let Xmas know ahead of time. They think she'll get the Fan Favorite so they don't feel bad (um, no). Josh suggested that her stipend is probably higher since she's a known figure. Paul seemed offended by that and tried to say he isn't getting more, but BB gave a "STOP THAT" to end the discussion. They talked some about past HGs, and Paul admitted to Josh that he made stuff up to turn Alex & Kevin against each other. Xmas had a camtalk after exiting the DR and said she wants to take a knee and bow out. She wants the guys to take each other. She came into the house with a broken heart and is about to leave with one. She's disappointed in herself for not competing and winning comps. She really did try her best and couldn't do it (sounds like this is about the Part 2 HOH), and she's not used to failing. She doesn't think anyone else would've stayed with a broken f'ing foot, so does that make her exceptional, or does that make her the girl who was carried through the game because she has a broken foot? She's having a hard time deciphering that, and she's not sure what's going to happen when she gets out - with her business and with these friendships. Her heart... There are still a few days to vote for Christmas for America's favorite: vote
