i just downloaded this app and did my usual shopping at WM today. I scanned my receipt and it's saying 'not eligible'. Any idea what that means? check the numbers you put in...I've had that happen a couple of times and it was human error (mine) LOL! You can just enter the numbers again and it will work. Thanks! I emailed WM about it and they said to use the web instead and it's been smooth sailing since then. I had to laugh, their email said, very nicely, that their app is terrible and to use the web.
