Fabulous!!! Do you mind me asking what kind of an income you can get from flipping? I've always thought I'd be good at project management, design, and execution.

How beautiful! I bet your friends were ecstatic to see the final product! I love the kitchen transformation especially, and really like the bathroom cabinets that look like furniture!

It's just ridiculous how much magic you work on these houses. Your vision is astounding and your crew does such good work.
But do you ever wonder what you could've done differently or just drive by a place and think of what you could do with it? You have such a gift for seeing potential, I wonder if it drives you bonkers sometimes.
Can't wait to see your next reno pics!

Keep posting these threads - I love them! You are very talented to see these houses, envision what to do, then execute so well. This house turned out amazing!

Wow!!! That is just gorgeous! You did a fantastic job. Please come to Texas and remodel my house please! We do all the work ourselves and it just takes forever. I'm so over it and wished I enjoyed it but we remodeled our last house and it took 4 years. Just not in the mood for this one.

I love seeing before and after pics. You guys did an amazing job on that house, it's beautiful! I especially love the honey comb shaped tiles in the kitchen, they really caught my eye! That backsplash is my favorite thing in the whole house. I want it in my house so badly!

Fabulous!!! Do you mind me asking what kind of an income you can get from flipping? I've always thought I'd be good at project management, design, and execution. I get paid a flat management fee when the house goes on the market and then I make 5-10% of the profit. I have no idea if that's standard or not for this industry.

You do such incredible work. Each project is better than the last.
We are retiring from the Air Force soon and are considering doing this to get our forever home. Or at least a home that we own! I'd love to know your renovation budget for this house. And how do you find a reputable flipper to hire? What is your "job title"?

Since you knew who the buyers would be while you were doing it, did you make all the design decisions yourself, or where the new buyers making decisions as well? I love looking at your house flips, please share all of them! I did most of the design work. In some cases, I gave them choices like, "Would you like a fan here or a chandelier here?" We went to the granite yard and chose the granite together. I asked her if she wanted the cabinets we have or shaker, and she didn't like shaker style. The buyer did find the blue vanity and I found the matching mirror. I would not have made that choice for a regular sale.

Once again, I am in awe of what you can do to a dumpy looking old structure. Just an amazing transformation! I want to steal you and bring you up to Oregon to redo some of the homes I am looking at up there (by "looking at" I mean just on line) I want a single-story home with a bit of land with it. When I find a decent single story home, it comes with 5 to 50 acres, which is way more than I want or need. And when I find the right sized property, the house looks beyond redemption. Seeing what you just did to that old place gives me hope! The house can be updated, but the property and location need to be my focus. I would like to know the budget you were working within if you are able and willing to share that. You can message me if you don't want to post it. That would give me an idea of how much it might cost me to bring a cruddy old place up to today's standards. Especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Your huge shower in the bathroom, well, really all of the bathroom in the master is so much nicer, but that shower is just awesome. Is that something that is deep enough to be able to leave open like that or will it need doors or a curtain? Oh, and how long did it take to do the renovation? I am so envious of your talent! You are a miracle worker! I PM'd you the budget For the shower, they wanted to do a curtain. A door would open right into the toilet. The reno took 8 weeks.

You have such a gift for seeing potential, I wonder if it drives you bonkers sometimes. Can't wait to see your next reno pics! Yes. I frequently get an idea ten minutes too late for something and go "oh! I wish we could have done this instead." And there are things I really don't like, but are good for the style/market/price of the home so I sometimes wish, "I wish we weren't locked into this or that..."

But I don't interface with the public much-just contractors and suppliers so I don't really need a title. They just know I'm the one with the credit card My two suggestions would be to look on instagram for designers, or contact a reputable realtor in your area.

I remember looking at another flip you posted and was amazed by that project. This one is amazing too....love the kitchen so much!!
My question is....what happened to all the belongings in the house? Did you have to deal with the cleanup of that stuff?
