An Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker - so they are the same thing.
Whether you want or would use either a pressure cooker or an air fryer depends on what foods you and your family like to eat.
So, what do you guys eat?

Who are you cooking for? If it is for you, dh, and two boys, it will be challenging to make meals in an air fryer. It is better for sides, as the capacity is small. I do love that my teenage boys can heat their own frozen foods in it quickly and without mess.
The Instant Pot is the workhorse of my kitchen and is used at least 4-5 nights per week.

Yes cooking for 3-5 most nights. Thinking Insta pot may be best?
