Where is your craft space located within your home? For example, you may have claimed an extra bedroom, share a finished basement or bonus room, converted a formal living or dining room, use the home office/study, escape into a customized closet, repurposed a vintage tv cabinet in the family room, or somewhere else. TIA.

My craft space, if it was functional, is in a room off the master bedroom. If I made it a closet it would be an awesome walk in! The thing is that it is such a chaotic mess it isn't functional. However, my current dining room table is a square pedestal teacher and that would be my ideal scrap table someday.
Right now my craft supplies are everywhere, and my craft space is at crops elsewhere.

Mine is in a small bedroom - it doubles as my office.

I claimed two small bedrooms. We have no spare bedroom though. I didn't want to be in basement. Hubby has basement.

In what I am assuming was supposed to be a sitting room (Which is where I sit! LOL) right as you walk in our front door, just past my DH's office. It's where I scrap, and house my most commonly used items. I also have a guest room with an Expedite in it where I store other items, as well as my computer/printer/Silhouette.

I'm also an empty nester so I also claimed the extra bedroom which has become my craft room.

Extra bedroom/office loft. It used to be the family computer room.

I am right in the middle of clearing out oldest dd's bedroom (she got married last year) to make into a craft room for ME. I need some encouragement to keep at it. Remind me how nice it will be after I make the trip to Ikea and bring all my stash up from the basement!

In the corner of my bedroom. At least the bedroom is large.

The room above one of our double garages. It also has it’s own attic space so I use that for my private craft storage.

I use an extra bedroom as my combined office (when I occasionally work from home) and craft room.

I’m so embarrassed to admit this but my craft desk is in my daughters room, in the corner. Someday we’ll have more room for me to create but for now it works and she doesn’t mind (too much).

In the corner of my bedroom. At least the bedroom is large. I could fit into my bedroom too but moving the desk across the house is too much work. I assembled it in a room that wasn’t being used, and then kids shifted all around.

My studio is in a large extra bedroom. I love having my own room.
Although i love my current space, my favorite was in our old house & i used the dining room.

Enclosed porch next to the living room. It used to be upstairs in a spare bedroom. I’m happier downstairs because I can interact with DH while I craft, have an attached bathroom and heat and air. I also have more room.

It's a side of my bedroom.
I have to be very careful not to let it take over.

A spare bedroom on the second floor. It’s a combination craft room/office I share with my husband.

In the bedroom across the hallway from our bedroom. We added on a fifth bedroom to the house so I could have my scrap room.

What should be our apartment's dining area. I was just supposed to have a small area between the living and dining and well it all spread out. I really want to downsize though I've changed my style quite a bit in 6 years and just don't need the stuff anymore

I have one end (the open space is T shaped) of our finished basement. It is a walkout and has high ceilings, so it doesn't feel like a basement to me. I like that it is away from main areas of the house where I am all day. And it beats the heck out of the walk in closet I was using before we finished the basement.

We have two extra bedrooms. One is my husband’s office/guest room. One is the exercise/storage/craft room! My craft room used to be the old master so there are two closets, including a walk in. It’s nice and big.
I used to scrap on our dining room table. Almost everything I owned fit on a raskog cart. Part of me misses that minimalism!

I use half of my pantry to store my supplies and then work on the dining room table. That means I have to clean my mess up after every project and before every meal. I thought it would be awful. But I’m such a messy person that it actually helps keep everything under control.

Spare bedroom upstairs. It was formally the kids nursery but now I don't even have a bed in there, just my goods.

My craft room is an extra bedroom upstairs. I admit that I sometimes bring stuff downstairs and take over the dining room for another project.
