What would you buy for yourself if money were no object? It's fine if it's something that you need and even better if its just something that would bring you joy? What would you buy for your S/O?
For me, I'd buy an old camper to fix up pretty and put in the back yard by the pool for a sweet little hang out spot. For my DH, I'd buy him his '71 MACH1 Mustang that he keeps trolling the Internet for.
What about you?

If money was plentiful I would have my home renovations completed instead of having to wait until money came in to carry on. I would have a green garden to look out onto instead of concrete. Pay for my daughter's weddings so that they can have nice ( not over the top ) weddings.

New cars for all of us, including one for each boy. At least one of the 4 cars would be strong enough to pull a camper, preferably one that requires no set up beyond rolling out the awning and getting chairs out.

A condo near a beach somewhere warm to go to in the winter. I haven’t started to thaw out from this winter yet.

Enough cycles of IVF with a surrogate to ensure we can have a family.

Emeralds, because I think they are pretty. And a pool, because I love to swim in the summer. The idea of an indoor pool from jennyap sounds really good, too. I'd start a charitable fund for DH, I know that he wants absolutely nothing. That would make him happy.

I love the swimming pool! I was surprised there wasn’t a photo of the kitchen, but then I saw in the floor plan that it is only 4m x 3.6m. Not tiny, and bigger than mine, but not what I would expect in a house of that size.

I would extend my current house, so that I could have a ground floor bathroom, and a large dining kitchen. I would also get my garden landscaped, and annex some of the common land at the bottom of the garden to make it bigger. A few of my neighbours have already done this, but I wouldn’t do it unless I could afford the upkeep.

For DH & I it would be an Airstream TT and an F-350 truck to haul it around the North American Continent.

A cottage.
It is a long term goal of ours. My brother has a boat in a marina on Georgian Bay. Boats are not really my thing....so I'd prefer a cottage.
But I'm picky - we want it on Georgian Bay, but it has to have road access. Nothing worse than getting all the way up there on a Friday, to have some crap weather and still need to get in a boat to get to your cottage. But it also has to have deep enough water at the dock that my brother can come with his boat. (I don't want much, do I?)
And if money were truly no object, we would travel!

I would trade my Honda Odyssey that I hate because it is so incredibly uncomfortable to ride in. There are other design issues we don't like but that is the main thing. I loved my Windstar, I so wish Ford would go back to making minivans.

I'd buy new cars for my BFF and former DIL. They both work really hard and can never catch a break.
For myself I'd like diamond stud earrings. I've hinted and outright told DH, but he hasn't come through yet!
A beach cottage would be nice, if I am thinking really big.

For me, I'd take a year of travel staying in each location for a month at a time so I could truly explore the country, its food, and its culture.
For my husband, a Patek Philippe wristwatch. He's a watch guy and those are the ultimate for most collectors.

1) Either a new house or major renovations and addition to our current house. Addition (or must-haves for new house) would include a pool, garage, rec/media room large enough for a pool table, & landscaping (among many many inside changes). 2) Pool table (and garage mentioned above) for DH ETA: #3) travel, travel, travel...after all renovations (or move) completed

A private estate on a lake. It would make both me and DH happy because he could go fishing all the time. I'd be happy to go swimming and floating. I want a big enough place to have all our toys and room for lots of guests.

For me, I can't think of anything. For some friends/family there are needs like I'd like to take care of for them. Oh, can I buy my freedom from a job I hate?

I would do a kitchen/dining room remodel. My dining room is all drafty windows. I would love to have some wall with a bay window put in. And new cabinets and counters.

For me it would be a little beach cottage. For Dh is would be a Jeep Wrangler of some sort that he can personalize with all the stuff he thinks a jeep needs...LOL.

For me I dream of buliding a huge house Colonial style and fill with primitive furniture. For hubby a new truck. Together a vacation to all the places we want to go.

The only thing we don't have that I wish we did have is a screened porch, and we aren't allowed to build one in our townhouse development.
I would give my kids money to help them buy their houses.

Enough cycles of IVF with a surrogate to ensure we can have a family. I want this for you, too. I hope you get it! I hate to say what I want now, but I want a home in Ireland on a lake. Doesn't even have to be a big home, just a cozy home with a fireplace where I can put peat and have that lovely smell.
