The quality isn’t as good as what they are in North America. I did buy one recently that was great and actually surprised me at how thick and sturdy it is. Also make sure you check the sizes of the dies. Often they are smaller than what you might think.

AX is causing some damage to my credit card these days! I found these layering dies a few days ago but didn’t think I wanted them. Suddenly I’ve bought 4 sets, not to mention a whole lot of others that I’ve come across recently!

Ohh, thank you! Also make sure that you are paying for all three as some shops were selling them one die at a time. These are the full sets.

Not to mention some cute animal ones for cards etc for my niece.

While I'm neither an AX customer nor frequent die user, a cardmaking friend is searching for a set of same sized plaid dies. Any links or recommendations for reliable sellers? TIA.

I haven't bought from this seller, but his feedback seems pretty good and he's had a lot of sales for these. Note though that the dies are slightly smaller than A2.

I'm pretty sure that most of the ones that are the size of a card front are listed as 3 colors and you need to order all 3 "colors" to get the full set. The listing is kind of misleading, because it does say "set" but if you hit "add to cart" it adds only one of the three layers. Instead of a little over $4 for the set, it's around $13. Still an insane good deal, just would hate for anyone to be disappointed wit only one layer when they were expecting 3, especially when they take a while to arrive.

Plaid diesI've purchased from David Zhu before and didn't have any problems with either of my orders.

I am thinking about ordering a set or two of the layered dies from eBay. They are shipped from China.
Has anyone ordered dies through eBay that are shipped from China? Are there any other costs--custom fees or any other fees? I am only thinking about ordering around $17 worth of dies.
(I've ordered craft items from Canada and the U.K. before and my credit card charged a small amount to do the currency conversion. There were no other costs.)
I believe in purchasing from American online stores, but this particular layering die maker sells their product at a super absorbent cost. The American company is not losing my business, for I would not be buying from them anyway.

Some you did have to buy all 3 Separately when you hip hit select there was all 3 but you did have to select one at a time. Some where sold as sets. They specified all 3 together. When you scrolled through it had all 3 together. I’m seeing now more of the sellers are doing it as a whole package. I think they may have gotten a lot of bad reviews due to this miscommunication.

I have ordered from the Chinese sellers on both EBAY and Amazon and there are no other fees. It's pretty much the same as ordering thru Aliexpress in that the orders take a while to arrive and they come thru the regular mail.

I ordered some dies thru an Amazon store and had no idea they were coming from China until after I placed the order and looked at the tracking information. (I did try to figure it out, but there wasn't any info on the 'store' page that indicated China.) There weren't any other charges on my order. The tracking said 'arriving between May 5 - 25' and the package got delivered on May 8th. Not too bad, in my opinion.

Has anyone ever found the full Delfina set? It's my favourite from the BP layered offerings but was copied with the one plate too small so I've only ever found two Delfina layer dies. If anyone ever comes across a corrected offer with the three same-dimension dies, tag me to let me know. Many thanks!

sleepingbooty I also see that Cehuang Store has the set as well if you prefer to shop there. Wonders will never cease - it’s listed under the name Delfina. Once BP cracks down again, they'll all disappear under mysterious names like what happened last autumn... Going to cancel my previous and get it from Cehuang then. Really glad they've corrected the issue of that one smaller die! Thanks again, anniefb ! And there’s another one for my cart as well ETA: Did you notice that AN's Spring Shower die is now also available on AX, anniefb? I seem to remember you like AN...
