I have been looking for a sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast and finally found it at sephora over the weekend. I bought two different things. One is called supergoop and it is awesome. Another was by Shiseido. I think I like the shiseido one better . It doesn’t make my eyes water as much as the other one.
Even though I don’t get it anywhere close to my eyes, my eyes always water after putting it on and the shiseido one was perfect

Tizo tinted mineral sunscreen. If you also wear makeup this works wonderful as a primer. It goes on silky smooth, blends in well and protects my very fair skin from the sun here in Texas. Cause the sun is also bigger here in Texas. 😉

You want a sunscreen for when you're out in the garden, or one to wear under makeup? For a primer-type under makeup, I like CoTz Face Natural Skin Tone (SPF 40). I also like Murad's Invisblur but it's $65. For just general sunscreen, or if you don't need a primer, I like Farmacy's green screen, which apparently also blocks UV from, say, your computer. I might also get the Coola sun silk drops one of these days. They smell nice.

Philosophy Hope in.a Jar with 30SPF sunscreen. I like that I only have to put the one product on my face.

Australian Gold 50 SPFI've been using this for about a year, after seeing Angie (Hot and Flashy) recommend it. I love the price and it works great without making me breakout.

Everyday to work, I use Olay Total Effects moisturizer (sPF 15) and Missha BB cream (SPF 42). Hanging out by the water or skiing, Vichy Capital Soleil SPF 60. When the Vichy runs out, I’m switching to the Nutrogena because I can get it cheaper at Costco.

I use olay for sensitive skin. I have to use something without avobenzone and it's hard to find a face sunblock without it. The reason we avoid it is that it reacts to hard water in the laundry and causes permanent staining. When my kids were little i could never figure out why their shirts would be all stained around the neckline and end of the sleeves. We discovered that it was avobenzone in sunscreen. After I quit using anything with it their clothes didn't stain anymore (the stains never washed out though). If anyone knows of face-worthy sunblock with no avobenzone and no nut ingredients (I've seen peanut oil and almond oil in some brands of sunscreen) please share. eta: looks like several listed don't have avobenzone. I'll look them up.

I use a b kamins 50. I like that it has zinc so really protects my face but is tinted so doesn’t make my face white.

For every day, Olay Regenerist moisturizer with 15 SPF. If I'm actually going to be out in the sun, I use the 50 SPF version of the same moisturizer plus I wear a wide-brimmed hat.

After almost 20 years of daily use I developed an allergy to chemical sunscreens. I now use LaRoche-Posay. It’s a physical block without the white residue. I always use 50SPF.

Bioré SPF 50+ PA++++ Watery Essence
I wear it alone or under makeup every day — lightweight and non greasy!
It’s a Japanese only product, so I get it shipped via Ebay or YesStyle.

I always have on Olay Complete moisturizer with sunscreen, and if I need extra coverage I use Neutrogena Clear Face.
And a hat. Always a hat!

La Roche Posay ultra light 60 My dermatologist recommended this. Right now, I'm using a Caudalie sunscreen that I got at Sephora. It sticks on there really well without feeling greasy.

This is a good point too. If I know I’m going to be outside for any length of time, I always wear a hat not only because it shades my face but more to shade my scalp. I’ve gotten bad sunburn on the top of my head since my hair started getting thinner in my 30’s, now I always wear some kind of a hat. Big flakes of peely skin coming off of your sunburnt scalp is not a great look!

I use this one: link. I burn in a flash, and it's never done me wrong. Not for watery or super sweaty fun, of course, but it's wonderful for just general being outside. I hate the feel of sunscreen - or anything, really - on my skin, but I don't mind this stuff at all. I just ordered more this morning before I saw this thread!

I just started using Neutrogena Sensitive Skin spf 60 and I'm really liking it. Last year I used Australian Gold but I don't always want to use something tinted. Their untinted is good for the pool but too pasty for daily use IMO.
A few years ago I also developed a sensitivity to chemical sunscreens and one of my kids doesn't tolerate them well either. Luckily there is now a pretty big selection of alternatives.
