I adore the new pain t color.....so pretty. great job! Would you believe I color matched it to Paul Mitchell’s new platinum blonde conditioner? 😂😂. I have been wanting to paint something that color since I got that conditioner in my salon.

Very pretty, but all I can see is the carpet... In a bathroom. I love the bright colors.

I love it!
Will you please share how you did the cabinets? I keep telling my DH I want to paint all of the honey oak / golden oak in our house. I want to start in our half-bath. I figure if I hate it I can always just replace the whole cabinet because it’s such a little one.

If it did, I own a shampooer so it would get cleaned immediately. We like carpet cause we go barefoot most of the time.

The cabinets were done with chalk paint. Two coats, sanded to distress, then two coats of polycrylic. Painted it in just a few hours. Chalk paint is so fast!

Yea, both versions are great! But I am partial to purple, so the re-do is better.

Looks great! Gives me a little inspiration for one of our bathrooms. We moved in 2 months ago, and I hate the color! Hoping to find the time to paint it soon. I like all the things on your wall, and the great shower curtain!

I love both versions!!
As for carpet.. I have carpet as well.. I wouldn't do it again, but we never have had any of the issues that I hear about on here. I have throw rugs down that cover the main areas. We are very careful getting in and out of the tub, so there is no mold or icky build up. When the kids were little we always just threw towels down when taking a bath to cover any potential big splashes. Our toilet has ran over once or twice, but it was just water and we have a steam cleaner to get it quick. It does need to come up because it is just getting old but otherwise I guess we are clean bathroom people. There is a couple of stains from hair coloring and a tiny bit of nail polish... but for as old as it is.. that is pretty minor.

I love that you matched the paint to hair coloring! It’s a beautiful color, as was the blue before. Nice job!
