Do you use a mattress pad and do you usually wash it every time you wash your sheets?

I wash sheets every week and the mattress cover about every 2 months.

I only wash the mattress pad when DH "helps" me. If I say, "I'm going to wash the sheets," he strips every last thing off the bed and stuffs it all in the laundry cart - mattress pad, comforter, blankets, AND sheets.

Sheets get washed every Sunday. I wash the mattress pad when I think it needs to be done, probably every other month.

Sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase get washed weekly if we're home and mattress pad if it looks like it needs it, so maybe every couple of months?

Sheets.. maybe once a month... unless needed Pad... once every six months, unless needed
It's just me in my bed as DH travels. If he is also home it's more frequent as he lovvvess to sleep so he's in the bed all the time it seems.

Sheets are washed weekly, mattress cover maybe monthly. I change pillowcases a couple of times a week. I like that fresh feel of newly washed pillowcases.

I've gotten over feeling that sheets need to be washed every week once I started getting some cleaning help a couple of times per month. Generally, they're washed every other week, unless there's a reason to wash them more frequently.
I wash the mattress pad as part of my cleaning schedule at least a couple of times per year. As with sheets, if it needs to be washed for any particular reason at any time, I don't hesitate to do it.

Sheets probably once a week or so, I love the feeling of crisp clean sheets though, so I often switch them sooner. Mattress pad, when I think it needs it.

Sheets every week. Duvet cover, mattress pad, quilt, shams on the euro pillows, every 2 months....I have a reminder in my calendar for that, otherwise I forget. It's just me. If I had a partner it would be more often

Sheets once a week. I'd do it more often if I had time. I love clean sheets. Mattress pad a few times a year. It doesn't really ever look dirty, but I throw it in now and then.

Pillowcases get washed weekly - I have 2 sets per duvet cover. Duvet cover, fitted sheet and mattress protector around every fortnight.

Sheets, once a week for most of the year but when it is really hot I'll wash them at least twice a week, sometimes more. I double bag my pillows and I wash both cases from each pillow every other day or at least every third day. It takes nothing to do the pillow cases and it freshens up the bed. I cover my mattress pad with a white sheet and put my sheets on over that. The mattress pad and white sheet I probably wash once a month more like every couple of months.
I really, really love clean sheets. I have always said if I won the lottery I would have someone put clean sheets on the bed after each use.

Sheets and pillow cover-once a week. Silk pillow cover-once every two-three weeks. Mattress pad-once every 3 months or more.
I have a silk pillow cover over my pillow because it's supposed to be better for curly hair-it reduces the frizz because it's a much softer material. It does work for me. I got it on Amazon for around $20.00.

I wash sheets every other week, sometimes every third week if I'm lazy, but I do wash my pillow cases every week, I throw them in with a load of light colored clothes or with my towels.

Sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover, every week. Mattress cover every second week. If I was rich and had someone to do it I would have clean sheets every day.

Sheets every couple of weeks, mattress pad not very often. If we didn't both work full time, it would be more often.

sheets once a month...mattress pad maybe every 6 months? I live alone, and shower every night before I go to bed, so my sheets stay pretty clean. However, like others have said, if I won the lottery I'd have my sheets changed daily.

I wash my sheets and pillow cases at least once a week, usually twice. I wash the mattress pad every other month or so. I also iron my top sheet and pillow cases because I love crisp smooth sheets.

I was the sheets, pillow cases, pillow covers, blankets, and matress cover 1x a week. I do the master bedding one day and 2 kids another day. Myself and both kids have allergies and asthma.
I have 2 sets of sheets (reg and flannel) for the master bed, ds has 4 sets and 2 flannel, dd has 2 sets each, and each bed has 2 matress covers and each pillow has 2 covers so I just put on the fresh while the other set is washing. Don't have to worry about drying it all of making a bed right before I go to bed.

I usually have white sheets so I could wash them on hot. I wash them every Friday & even my kids used to refer to it as "clean sheet Friday". I wash my mattress pad once a month.

Sheets weekly. Mattress pad....infrequently. I try to remember to change DDs pillowcases midweek because maybe it will help with pimples, can't hurt.
