I have gotten food poisoning twice in my life. Both times it was from a pizza that was delivered to my house.

Makes you wonder who they were talking about, certainly not the players they were feeding Donnie's favourite food that's who. link here he is talking about it "there's everything that I like and you like, and no matter what we did there's nothing you can have that's better than that" then he goes on to say that the "first and second ladies could have made a few small salads" Many players had their phones out and there's videos online...in one you can hear someone saying "I thought it was a joke". Of course Trump in his speech brags about how much food there was "I've never seen more food" (it's not on the above link but I watched another video where he was rambling nonsense after the event) Plus I'd be mighty pissed off if I attended an event at a place like this and only got a shitty McDonalds burger I can buy myself for $5.

Rand Paul, the other Republican Senator from Kentucky, ardent foe of socialized medicine (i.e. universal medicare), calling it 'slavery' because it would 'conscript doctors and staff into providing care' is having surgery in Canada this month. And while he is paying for the surgery himself, the question is 'why couldn't he find an appropriate facility in the US for his surgery?" And if he was willing to pay for the approximately $8,000 procedure himself, why not contribute that to the US economy, which in turn, provides him his income. And why, if you find the idea of universal health care 'slavery', are you seeking care at a socialized medical facility, in another country? The hypocrisy of these people is amazing. Is he paying or is there a loophole for him to have out of country procedures? Bold mine!

I’ve always felt they should only be allowed to have the same medical care offered to our military. They certainly aren’t ‘better’ than the men & women serving our country in the military so that’s the insurance they should have . Mind you I feel our military deserve the best insurance, this is not meant as a slight to anyone but that the should be treated the same and have access to the same things senators who ‘serve’ have. AND post serving senators should have the same medical care that Vetersns have.

Well...we all know how trumpeldorf feels about NFL players. He probably thinks these college guys are just all ghetto thugs or sons of bitches in training and that having McD’s, BK, Wendy’s etc would be a treat for them. You know, I was thinking something similar ... that he would think “football players ... meh, they’ll be happy with fast food ... ” Fast food. For honored guests. At the White House. Just OMG. I am close to speechless. Not quite there yet, but close. I don’t really care what he serves, if true and it was his idea to do this, thinking the football players would find it “cool” (and really, what other potus would ever do something like this!) then let him bask in his “genius”. I’ll bet that most of those football players dine on better (non-fast) food on a daily basis. But it does ring true and confirms that he does pigeonhole groups of people into a negative/awkward/offensive stereotype. And, for me, it confirms everything that I think of the idiot in the WH—he’s ALWAYS been a “wanna be” he just wants people to like him and his daddy isn’t here to pay people to do that anymore and he cannot see the first through the trees—that he is and has always been an uneducated, offensive, boorish buffoon who thinks he’s funny, cool, charming, good looking, successful...but in reality he has no real friends or people who genuinely like him for him, but instead because he is rich and nasty and people are either bought or just don’t want to be his target so they go along.

”William Barr is repeatedly asked whether he will release the Mueller report to the public. He does not commit to releasing it in full, only "as much as" he can, saying he will do what the law allows.”
I don’t believe the American People need to know everything.
But because we can’t trust trump and the majority around him aka stooges, when it comes to Mueller’s report, the American People need to see the entire report. And because of this, the American People shouldn’r settle for anything less.

I'm glad they're at least asking him about releasing it-- everything beforehand said he was committed to seeing it get completed, but that doesn't mean much without the ability to release it to the public, in my opinion.
the question of what to do about the fact that the President is the subject of an FBI counter-intelligence investigation, and that President / investigation subject is ALSO in charge of the branch of govt. that will determine whether to release it? That scenario is unprecedented, and no one quite knows how it will be handled.

”Barr not fully committing to publicly releasing Mueller report. He says he will commit to releasing "as much as I can" consistent with the law. Big gray area.”
How can they not release the entire report, good or bad? We are talking about possible collusion, if not treason, by the President of the United States Of America.

It was only a hernia operation so it wasn't as if he couldn't get the same care in the US....it is all about the money! LINK

This is exactly why you can’t trust those around trump and why we need to see the entire report..
Aaron Ruper..
”Graham begins questioning by grilling Barr on how unusual it is that FBI opened counterintelligence investigation into Trump -- which sorta misses the point! Yes it is unusual!”
Keith Boykin..
”Lindsey Graham continues to embarrass himself. Yes, it's unusual for the FBI to open a counterintelligence investigation into the President of the United States, but it's also unusual for the president to consistently work in the interest of a foreign government.”

Amy Klobuchar...
“In Barr hearing, Sen. Grassley just attacked Mueller investigation for costs. He forgot to say that Mueller could actually turn profit for taxpayers based on fines & property from wealthy criminals: Mueller probe could turn a profit, thanks to Manafort”
Walter Shaub...
”True — and even without this possibility of turning a profit, it comes down to what value one places on protecting national security and holding the president accountable to the rule of law. The Mueller investigation would be a bargain at twice the price.”
Unbelievable the lengths the Republicans go to protect trump.

As far as I know, this is the first time a sitting president has been investigated for being in bed with a foreign government who is not our friend. Add to that the lengths the Republican Party has gone to protect trump, Because of the seriousness of the potential crime, and because the Republicans in Congress can no longer be trusted to put country ahead of party and power, and in order to bring real closure to this period in American History, I truly believe the entire report, sensitive information included, must be released. If not this will fester and erode the trust and the confidence the American People have in their government. And to me, a citizen of this country, I find that more damaging then releasing sensitive information.

I spent more money, and served better food, to the guests at my 1 year old's birthday party, than the "billionaire" President served to White House guests.

I would think the catering and kitchen staff at the DC Trump hotel (or any of his clubs or MarALago for that matter) would have put on a nice event at his expense.
Trying to imagine the pea post if someone was invited to a fancy venue to celebrate something and piles of fast food were served...or a wedding lol.

I wonder if trump served them leftovers from yesterday?
Bloomberg..
“Trump's Attempt to Bypass Democratic Leaders on Wall Falls Flat”
President Donald Trump’s attempt to bypass Democratic congressional leaders to break open negotiations on the government shutdown fell flat as he failed to persuade any of the party’s rank-and-file members to attend a hastily arranged White House meeting Tuesday.
“Today, the president offered both Democrats and Republicans the chance to meet for lunch at the White House,” White House Secretary Sarah Sanders said. “Unfortunately, no Democrats will attend.”
Trump was seeking to begin peeling away some Democrats from competitive districts from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The failed gambit underscored the distance between congressional Democrats and the president as the longest U.S. government shutdown in modern history stretched into its 25th day.
Democrats have held firm in their opposition to Trump’s demand for $5.7 billion to start building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border in return for signing legislation to fund the parts of government that have been closed since Dec. 22. Republicans, meanwhile, have refused to buck Trump.
Among those who were invited and declined are Florida’s Stephanie Murphy and California’s Lou Correa, who co-chair the moderate Blue Dog Coalition.
The congressman was invited and will be declining the invitation. Congressman Correa welcomes the opportunity to talk with the president about border security, as soon as the government is reopened," Correa spokesman Andrew Scibetta said.
Murphy declined due to a scheduling conflict, a spokesperson said.
Others who got invitations included freshman Democrats and members of the self-described bipartisan “Problem Solvers Caucus,” according to several lawmakers.
Representative Hakeem Jeffries of New York, a member of the House Democratic leadership, said no lawmakers were discouraged from going to the White House. But he questioned Trump’s intentions.
"Is he inviting people to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to really try to resolve this problem or to create a photo op so he can project a false sense of bipartisanship?” Jeffries said to reporters.
The White House sought to pull the meeting together at the last minute, according to one Democratic aide, who said invitations went out to various members Monday afternoon and evening.
Sanders said Trump instead would have “a working lunch with House Republicans to solve the border crisis and reopen the government.” Nine Republicans have confirmed they would attend.

Pathetic....and sad, that he needs so much adoration. What the hell did his parents do to him? **i do not feel sorry for him. It's depressing sad, not crying sad. I’ve always been curious about his family and his relationships with them. Has there been any info about that? Was there a history of mental health issues? What are his siblings like? What type of parenting and nurturing did he have? Look up some bio movies on him. You could probably find enough online also. His father gave the children a couple of hundred thousand dollars per month for their piggy banks (3 year Olds!). The father was severe and he sent donnie away to military school to straighten out. Read up on how he barely had friends and barely passed his classes. He's always been an outcast. His father would bail him out once he was on his own, doing business & failing greatly. Look up to see how his father kept dumping $ in to his failing casino in a devious manner just to save his son's big butt. There's so much more easily found. Donnie worked with his dad in the beginning and learned all of his disgusting, illegal tricks. Trump's mom was hardly spoken about, but it's easy to see how both parents were horrible people. His brother does of alcohol issues, but he has other siblings, and the $ given them to this day from the Father's estate is being looked into. NOTHING with this family is "kosher".

The below was posted on Facebook today by a Trump supporter I know. OMG:
You've been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons. Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement. You want them gone immediately. You call the city and 4 different exterminators, but nobody can handle the job. But there is this one guy and he guarantees to get rid of them, so you hire him. You don't care if the guy smells, you don't care if the guy swears, you don't care if he's an alcoholic, you don't care how many times he's been married, you don't care if he has a plumber's crack, you simply want those raccoons gone! You want your problem fixed! He's the guy. He's the best!
Here's why we want Trump. Yes he's a bit of a jerk; yes he's an egomaniac; but we don't care. The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republicans and Democrats can be two-faced and gutless, and illegals are everywhere. We want it all fixed! We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he insults people, we don't care that he has changed positions, we don't care that he's been married 3 times, we don't care that he fights with Megyn Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell, we don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist.
This country became weak and bankrupt, our enemies were making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in; " AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED ". And Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.
We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, and sick of illegals. We just want this thing fixed . Trump may not be a saint, but we didn’t vote for a Pope. We voted for a man who doesn't have lobbyist money holding him back, a man who doesn't have political correctness restraining him. We all know that he has been very successful, he’s a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he's also not a politician, not a cowardly politician. And he says he'll fix it. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar. Also, we don't care if the guy has bad hair. We just want those raccoons gone, out of our house, NOW .
You are welcome to pass this on. Thousands of people who haven't voted in 25 years seem to be getting involved. And the more people get this email the more that will understand why Trump was elected. The raccoons have got to go!"

so, lemme get this right... in this person's Facebook rant, the *rabid, messy, dirty raccoons* are the stand-in for Mexican immigrants? do I have that right? I don't even know what to SAY to that... T his country became weak and bankrupt, our enemies were making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in; " AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED ". The raccoons have got to go!" ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Don't you just love the line about "we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid"... Sure backs up their claims that Trump supporters aren't racist at all. Uh huh. Anybody who has declared bankruptcy 4 different times really isn’t that successful. I mean they just really aren’t.

I would think the catering and kitchen staff at the DC Trump hotel (or any of his clubs or MarALago for that matter) would have put on a nice event at his expense. But WE would have to paid the BIG bill............... He bills for every use, thought or whatever when he uses his properties........... Sanders said Trump instead would have “a working lunch with House Republicans to solve the border crisis and reopen the government.” Nine Republicans have confirmed they would attend. Same thoughts!

I’ve always been curious about his family and his relationships with them. Has there been any info about that? Was there a history of mental health issues? What are his siblings like? What type of parenting and nurturing did he have? It has been a long search......... Even Donald Trump’s Mother Was Afraid That She Had Raised a Monsterwritten by Travis Gettys / Raw Story November 3, 2017 "You don’t have to be Freud or Fellini to interpret this."President Donald Trump’s bizarre and outlandish behavior has prompted a lot of speculation about his psychological state — and what role his parents played in shaping his peculiar personality. Trump’s own mother pondered the question herself, according to a new Politico Magazine profile that examines the president’s upbringing and relationship with his parents. “What kind of son have I created?” wondered Mary Trump in an interview from 1990, when the future president was divorcing his first wife and faced ruinous debt.Politico interviewed some of Trump’s childhood friends and business associates, as well as some psychologists, to get a sense of the relationship between him and his mother — whom the president rarely mentions. “You don’t have to be Freud or Fellini to interpret this,” said Mark Smaller, former president of the American Psychoanalytic Association. Another former president of that organization told Politico that children learn crucial traits — trust, security and a sense of reality — from a so-called “ordinary, devoted mother.” “Your mother helps you identify your feelings and develop a cognitive structure so you don’t have to act on them immediately,” said former APA president Prudence Gourguechon, “and I think it’s fair to say that the capacity for empathy develops through your maternal relationship.” Trump’s mother, who died at 88 in 2000, was a dignified but distant figure in his childhood, according to friends from that time. “When I would play with Donald, his father would be around and watch him play,” said childhood friend Mark Golding. “His mom didn’t interact in that way.” ** More at link: www.alternet.org/2017/11/even-donald-trumps-mother-was-afraid-she-had-raised-monster/www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=fYZkgq9jras

We voted for a man who doesn't have lobbyist money holding him back, a man who doesn't have political correctness restraining him. We all know that he has been very successful, Bold mine. And it is better for him to have RUSSIAN money?!?!?!?!?! I don't think so!! That is disgusting. Comparing undocumented people to vermin is a play straight out of the white supremacist playbook. The rhetoric from the Trump supporters I know is increasingly hateful, violent and openly bigoted. Yes, and he supports it! At least the House is starting to deal with Rep Steve King!

What raccoon guy and those who think like him don’t get is the United States is part of the global world and because of this, it’s in our best interests to do our part in stabilizing the world. Putin (and China) wants to destabilize the world because he feels it will benefit him, and trump seems hell bent on helping him at the expense of this country and the rest of the world. So while raccoon man thinks trump is the best person for getting raccoons 🦝 out of his basement, he may very well find that trump replaced the raccoons 🦝 with alligators 🐊. From The NY Times... “Trump Discussed Pulling U.S. From NATO, Aides Say Amid New Concerns Over Russia”Rachel Maddow.. “The president's desire to withdraw from NATO is raising new worries among national security officials amid growing concern about Trump’s efforts to keep his meetings with Mr. Putin secret from even his own aides..." ”An American withdrawal would accomplish all that Putin has been trying to put into motion, officials said — essentially, doing the Russian leader’s hardest and most critical work for him...” ”US national security officials believe Russia has focused on undermining solidarity between the US and Europe... Its goal [is] to upend NATO... With a weakened NATO, Putin would have more freedom to behave as he wishes, setting up Russia as a counterweight to Europe & the US...” ”Retired Adm. James G. Stavridis, the former supreme allied commander of NATO, said 'Even discussing the idea of leaving NATO — let alone actually doing so — would be the gift of the century for Putin...' ”It would destroy 70-plus years of painstaking work across multiple administrations... to create perhaps the most powerful and advantageous alliance in history,' Ms. Flournoy said. 'And it would be the wildest success that Vladimir Putin could dream of...'” “A move to withdraw from the alliance, in place since 1949, 'would be one of the most damaging things that any president could do to U.S. interests,' said Michèle A. Flournoy, an undersecretary of defense under President Barack Obama..." ”There are few things Putin desires more than the weakening of NATO, the military alliance among the US, Europe and Canada that has deterred Soviet and Russian aggression for 70 years. Last year, Trump suggested a move tantamount to destroying NATO: the withdrawal of the US...”
