To whoever recommended the Junior Mints Peppermint Crunch candy:
Thank you, but ....
I found a box. Ate the whole box. Love them. Now they’re gone from all stores because they’re seasonal. Boo! They’re all I can think about. 🤣

I gave them a try before I found out I was allergic to corn. They were ok. Crunchy but tasted like a stronger version. No real candy cane flavor.

These are my favorite Christmas candy! I was lucky enough that Santa brought me 5 boxes in my stocking. They never last until next year though.

Christmas candy was 70% off at Target when I was there yesterday. I bought a bunch of things and put them in the freezer, but I wish I would have checked to see if they had these. I have four bags of Dove chocolate cocoa squares. I paid a little over a buck a bag. They are wonderful. I bought a few bags of caramel M&Ms in addition to a few other things. We are pretty good about leaving candy alone so we should be stocked for little treats for a long time.

Omg! These are the best candy ever. My awesome DH brought me several boxes for Christmas and Santa put some in my stocking. No matter how hard I try I can ever eat less than a whole box at once.lol

I just ordered some on amazon- used points so they were free! The Paper Source had a cookie recipe using these and sold them this year...I bought the candy, took a recipe- and then ate the candy- so no cookies! LOL

I love them too. Would love the recipe digirlwiz . here it is; I have not made them yet- please let me know if anyone tries them. NOT my recipe--- I got it from the Paper Source Store. No credit is on the paper I received- so I am thinking it is by the Jr Mints folks!!! 3 3/4 c all purpose floor 1.5 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt 1 c unsalted butter, room temperature 3/4 c granulated sugar 1c light brown sugar 2 lg eggs 1.5 tbs vanilla extract 1.5 c choc chips 2 boxes (3.5 oz) peppermint crunch jr mints 6 lg candy canes- crushed sea salt to sprinkle on cookies preheat oven 350 line baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat mix together flour, baking soda, salt in another bowl- cream butter and sugars until smooth, beat in eggs and vanilla. slowly add dry ingredients to wet. Stir in choc chips. tuck a mint into about 1 tablesp of cookie dough-form into ball and roll in crushed candy canes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 8-10 minutes; cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
