How do you feel about something like this? Rico Degrade I think it would make a beautiful shawl (must resist buying!!) Yeah, love that, too. I am a girly girl and love pink. All pink.

Delta Dawn can you tolerate acrylic? Vanna White makes a nice heavy weight yarn and she has a Dusty rose color. I have used her yarn in a number of afghans and it just gets softer the more you wash it. Acrylic should be fine. Polyester is fine. It’s just natural fibres that itch. Is Vanna White yarn at Michaels? Yes Michael's or Joann's

RedSquirrelUK Oh my gosh, I wish had space for that kind of crafting in my house! I began with 2 saucepans, a mould, a plastic bag of tea-light and candle ends to melt down, and a tin containing random Heath Robinson bits. I have to admit it has expanded a lot. Do it!!

I’m working on my #teamposy Attic 24 sweet pea cal. I’m 2/3rd finished with week 4 colours. Week 5 colours were released today, so I’m a tad behind. I am making the kingsize throw and I’m also working on a baby blanket. The baby is due in a couple of weeks, so that’s getting preferential treatment at the moment

I'm still moving along on the Spider-man blanket - only 2 more color rounds to go (one more of blue and then one more of red) - I developed a cold so haven't felt like working on it but hoping to complete in time for the start of the Feb. Craft Thread

I finished up a French Press cozy yesterday, just under the wire for posting on the January thread! This time I used a different patter that has a tab to cover the space under the handle (something DH mentioned with the last one). I also did a layer of the Insul-Bright and a layer of bamboo/cotton batting. Should keep DH's coffee nice and toasty. This is the pattern that I used. I do need to go back and trim down the vertical strip of Velcro as it is too long. Easy fix though.

Nope, not yet. They’re all in school, trying to graduate without debt. 👍

Please tell me it's for your dogs so you get to keep it? The only dogs I have are of the miniature variety RedSquirrel and they have their own beds and blankets. This little mini quilt is for a childs bed in a nursery.
