Do you have access to a walker? That might help you with mobility in your home. Here iin Alberta Canada the aids to daily living program would pay for most of the walkers price. Maybe your area has a prgram that could help you.We have an old rotary dial phone and an old plug in phone around that don’t use electricity. The thought is that we can use them if the power goes out. I have tried them when I was at the drs but I did not like them or feel safe when I tried them. I think our insurance will pay for it too when I need it in the future. I tried to get a real landline before but my hubby did not think it was neccessary but that was before I had huntigtons. I think that there is only one company that has it now.
