Nothing. My parents wouldn't let me put anything up on the walls because it would leave marks.

Inside on my walls....... every photos that was ever printed of Duran Duran. Preferably Andy. I don’t now how my mother allowed me to do that. I was crazy!

Dirk Benedict Parker Stevens And a couple of Shaun Cassidy.
I liked older men.
Aside:
My grandmother slept in my room one night. The next morning my mother had to move her to my brither’s Room because all the eyeballs creeped her.

I love this thread because you can pretty much tell how old we are. I had some Michael Jackson and Bobby Sherman posters and LOTS of Donny Osmond!! We were supposed to to be married one day but he didn't know that and married some floozy when I was still in high school!

Duran Duran. You couldn't find a speck of paneling for the posters. A lot more of Simon and Andy then the others.

Pre-Teens, early teens it was a lot of Tears for Fears, some A-ha, probably Kirk Cameron and Corey Haim. When I was 14 or 15 I completely redecorated my room and was more “mature” so I only had 2 (completely inappropriate) framed posters of shirtless men, one above each nightstand. One said “a hard man is good to find.” What were my parents thinking?
eta: TFF weren’t nearly as popular here as they were across the pond so I remember ordering a super pack of magazines from there that all featured them. I was in heaven when they arrived!

Nothing. I wasn't allowed. For a while, I had a big ole hole in my wall that I made by throwing a shoe in a fit of anger. I had a perfect girlie girl room with eyelet bedding and peach walls. There was a beautifully framed horse picture on the wall. That was it.

Lol I had glam metal bands on mine. Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, The Cure etc. For the longest time my mum thought they were all girl bands. 😂😳

The first thing I remember on my bedroom wall was a life size poster of Donny Osmond from his "Puppy Love" days.
Later, it was torn out posters from Tiger Beat of Leif Garrett and the Bee Gees.
Sheesh, I am OLD.

Nothing. I wasn't allowed. For a while, I had a big ole hole in my wall that I made by throwing a shoe in a fit of anger. Lol my friend had one of those! From throwing a wooden clog shoe in a fit of annoyance (anyone remember those?), and missing the target by a mile.

There was a beautifully framed horse picture on the wall. That was it. To go along with my inappropriate posters of men I had light pink walls, bedspread, and covered headboard, dark pink molding, and one wall with burgundy fabric with pink flowers that matched the curtains and pillows. The posters were black & white so they wouldn’t clash. And framed, because I was too sophisticated to pin posters to my walls.

I had lots of pictures torn out of tiger beat magazines of Scott Baio. I had my boyfriends name I would draw with markers and a few cat posters. I also had the famous Farrah Fawcett poster which I have no idea where I got it or why although Charlie’s Angels was one of my favorite shows at the time.

My first poster ever was of the Bee Gee's I got from scholastic with a book order. I didn't even know who the Bee Gee's were. lol I remember a lot of kittens, John Stamos and Rick Springfield. My friends and I would buy Teen Beat and Tigerbeat and cut out pictures of the people we liked. Then we would trade pics with each other. I think this was the same time we traded stickers. Life was so different back then.
