For me, as crazy as it sounds, it's milk. I'm basically addicted. I will drink it but not use it on cereal whereas my kids and bf are the opposite. They never really liked milk much. I love it and also still have Ovaltine with it sometimes. Someone told me once though that the only one that should have cow's milk are baby cows. I tried Almond Milk once but didn't like it (or maybe it was Soy Milk). I drink 2% but have used 1% some too and grew up on non-fat milk.
For my bf, it's Gatorade.

For me it’s flavored sparkling water, chocolate and strawberry Twizzlers. (I may or may not have three full packs of Twizzlers hidden in my pantry cabinet right now...)
For DH, life isn’t bearable without his coffee and French vanilla creamer in the morning. For DD, it would be Pirate’s Booty white cheddar puffcorn.

Another milk person here. I have a glass every morning and just enjoy it. And I mean good old fashioned cow's milk - not soy, not almond

Bai5’s and dark chocolate. I drink the Bai5’s when I’m craving carbonation. Dark chocolate is my go to dessert. I eat 1-2 small pieces every day.
