Hum. It's always a lullaby or Christmas carols I never noticed I did it. DH noticed and then I was made aware so I hear it now. I don't do it as often anymore. But if I do notice myself doing it I know I'm in a real stressful situation

It's like there is some sort of switch that flips when I feel overwhelmed by anything! Extreme stress, pain, love, happiness, pride, you name it and I've cried over it.

I used to eat sugar, chocolate if available.
Since I quit sugar, it has been a real problem lol... I guess I try to reach out to someone and talk to them.
