I know the refupeas like to see nice and pretty homes (and sometimes not so pretty homes - haha)
Well...the most expensive house in Atlanta is on the market - it can be yours for a mere $21,000,000
It was built and formally owned by Tyler Perry.

Does it come with its own helicopter so you can bypass Atlanta traffic? Beautiful and it would be easy to get in my 10,000 steps each day just going from the bedroom to the kitchen but I think I'll pass.

I love that house. I think my daughter should buy it so I have a place to stay when I'm in town.

It's more resort-looking than home-looking. Wonder why he's selling? Tyler Perry sold it last year to someone for $25M and now a year later, the new owner is selling it for $21M - I think Tyler built a house in a different part of town because he is building a new studio but it is on the other side of town. Not sure, but I think that is why he sold it last year.

I love the outside but I don’t like really anything on the inside lol. I also think 21M is not a bad price for all the home you’re getting...I really thought it would have been more.

That's more like a hotel than a home on the whole, too formal...and that kitchen is awful...that ceiling! Wouldn't say no to the space though

Such a beautiful resort... I mean home.
In all seriousness though, it looks turn-key ready to be a resort.
If only I were a millionaire at least 22 times over. Sigh.

Not my style at all. Looks like a generic mansion look. I'd rather have something much smaller but truly beautiful and yet, warm and cozy.

17 acres on Paces Ferry!?! Damnnnnn....... I feel like all the 'rich people homes' look so formal. I am a little curious about the bed down in what I assume is the spa room though. Seems a little random.

Other than the pool and the one Gothic bedroom, that's the most boring $21 mil house I've ever seen. Small bonus for tacky zebra rug with red walls.

That house is ridiculous! Who on earth needs 34,000sq ft of living space? You could spend hours just trying to find the other people who live there. And I hate the kitchen. I always think people who have chandeliers in their kitchen mustn’t actually cook. Could you imagine cleaning grease off the chandeliers after making a stir fry?

pretty but far from Morgan proof or Morgan safe. Would need landing pads at the bottom of all stairs, padding on all walls and unbreakable glass in all windows

The outside is beautiful. The views are gorgeous. Inside is rather formal for my taste, and the lower level is a little dungeon-like. There are a ton of stairs in that house, and just to get to the front door and around the grounds. Can’t imagine how many people and how much it would cost for upkeep.

I LOVE a big house but it's just so excessive and too much. I want more space than our 3100 square foot house gives but the possessions inside like my yarn and fabric collection stress me out. I am at the point where too many possessions just weigh me down.

Loved the staircases that were shown first. The rest was just too much. I gave up on the kitchen photos.
