Today my TM had these Heidi Swapp Christmas card kits. They were originally $14.99 and TM had them for $4.99. SKU is 2131789. I almost missed them because they were on the bottom shelf and stacked so you couldn't see the front, so I'm very glad I picked them up and looked at them! Heidi had featured these on Instagram during the holidays and I thought the kits were so cute but that $15 was a lot for a kit that only makes 6 cards (even if you could get it on sale for 50% off at JoAnn). I bought all 4 of the kits that my TM had in stock.

Lots of MME today. There was a 6x12 sticker sheet from DL, too, not sure what collection it was from, however. There were two new travelish lines: Cityscapes and World Traveler. World Traveler had ephemera, stamps, 6x6 and 12x12 paper pads...they only had the ephemera and stamps for the Cityscapes line. There were a CRAPTON of reproductions (mostly Lost & Found) collections in 6x6, 12x12 paper pads and ephemera. I didn't pair the stamps, but I would guess that most of the stamps are from those collections, too. I say reproductions because the ephemera had the date of 2019 on the back and I know they are older, so I would say it looks a lot like they are hopping on the Echo Park idea of printing stuff JUST for Tuesday Morning.

I stopped in today and there was lots of new stuff. I finally caved and bought EP Beach Day after seeing it for weeks. Really I bought it because I found the matching chipboard stickers. I also bought MME Splendor brads and planner stickers, EP Good Day Sunshine chipboard stickers, and Carta Bella Practically Perfect chipboard stickers. I recently bought some of the Good Day Sunshine paper and stickers at a LSS so I was happy to add the chipboard stickers to add to the collection. The Practically Perfect stickers will be perfect for pictures of our visits to tea rooms. I’m happy with what I found today.

We have three TM in my city. Two are closer to my house and one has a pretty extensive scrap section. I was just looking for Click. It's the same style as my favorite kits, Midnight, Seafoam, and Everyday. I was so bummed to not find it at the larger of the two. I decided to hit up the TM that's farthest from me. They had one Click! I'm a happy camper!!! Also, I'm ready to purge some old PL cards that I just won't use. I'll offer some RAKs soon for anyone interested.

It's a pretty dry week for me, I think. Today I found a smaller quantity of the things I mentioned finding last week (different store) and a puffy sticker set that went with the Dear Lizzy stickers that I didn't see last week. The puffy stickers are now $2.29...I remember paying $0.99 for them not that long ago. Guess I won't be buying as many of them anymore.

Then it would be whatever cost no matter how much it weighed. I did a little experimenting with the flat rate boxes. The whole set in original packaging with tray and cards easily fits in a medium flat rate box for $14.35. I tried taking the cards out of the tray and fitting them in a small flat rate box ($7.90), but it's just too small, unless you only want a partial set. Unfortunately, it looks like it doesn't qualify for media rate, as the definitions are quite precise! Let me know if you're still interested. Cheers!

I caved (I was trying to be good and not buy ANYTHING scrappy for at least a while) and stopped at TM last week... This TM is one of two that I stop at regularly, and they had soooo many 12x12 paper pads! Lots of different DCWV pads-- and some of them I've never even seen before in a Michael's. Has anyone else run into that? Seeing brands that are sold at HL, J's, or M's at a TM without ever having seen it in the craft stores? I picked up a DCWV stack that's dog & cat themed, a 'crafty' paper collection (Simple Stories, maybe?), and I found a WRMK tool that I've actually been looking for! WRMK has so many different, specialized punch boards, etc. that all seem really wasteful to me, because they all only do just the *one* thing, but I've been looking for the WRMK word punch board ever since I saw it used on a European scrapper's Instagram feed. The letters it punches are 1/2 inch tall; you can align them to punch a 'negative' word out of your paper, or you can use the actual letters that are punched out of the paper. It will be a bit fiddly to use (all their tools are, I think) but I love that size of letters. The alphabet + alignment board was $19.99, and the number set was $9.99. (recently I had almost talked myself into buying a Martha Stewart alphabet punch for $20, but I think the WRMK one will be more useful since you can punch out a 'negative' word.) And again, I don't think I ever even saw this WRMK word punch board for sale in a store anywhere-- I figured I had missed out on it altogether. this same TM had TONS of PL kits and page protectors; they were in their own section of the aisle, across from the rest of the usual SB stuff. So maybe they're expanding the crafting aisle? Or they just had too much PL.

I caved (I was trying to be good and not buy ANYTHING scrappy for at least a while) and stopped at TM last week... This reminded me that I said I was going on a partial spending freeze for the rest of the summer. I told myself I must not buy any more paper. I must not have meant it because I was in TM just a few days ago and bought stuff including paper. Not sorry, though. I got some cute stuff.

950nancy What store do you shop at usually? The one nearest me is 104th/I-25. That's the one on Melody Lane? I like that one. I find stuff there that is often sold out at other stores. I shop all three in Colorado Springs, but the one with the most stuff is on Powers. I was there yesterday and they expanded to two full sides of craft. It is neat and tidy.

Apparently Diamond Dotz diamond painting kits are showing up at TM. That most likely means the store I'm about to head to will have them today. Will report back in case anyone is interested. Most of the ones I saw on IG are not the type that I'm interested in, so I am hoping there are more options than just those showing up to stores. One of the ones I saw appears to be one of the designs Michael's carries. All of the ones I've seen posted have been $4.99.

Looks like my stores are changing up the rotation on who gets the good stuff. The one that never got it has been complaining and appears to be paying off because that store got the best stock in this week. They were the only store of the 3 I went to that received the diamond painting stuff (they had a large kit that was almost $30...more than I'd pay at M's or anywhere else with a coupon so definitely not a good price in my opinion) and they got in a ton of older halloween lines. The other 2 stores only had a couple of decor kits for halloween.
This week also included more of the Main Squeeze or whatever it's called line from DL. I picked up the puffy alphabets for $1.99, ephemera for $1.99, the 6x8 for $2.99 and a couple alpha thickers sets but I'm not completely sure those were for that line. They also had chipboard Thickers for this collection, but I didn't really like them much ($2.29 for those). The 2 sets of thickers I did buy were gold foil. The chipboard one was $2.19 and the puffy one was $2.99 (if they weren't puffy, I wouldn't have gotten them, but I'm a sucker for puffies). They also got the 12x12 but I opted to just stick to the 6x8. I only got it because I liked the ephemera (the other embellishments from the line just didn't appeal to me much).
They got in some Spellcast (don't recall who under AC released this line) and Bootiful Nights. I think TM stocked both of these lines last year, too. I only bought puffy stickers last year and by the time I decided I wanted more from it, it was all sold out so I bought the 6x6, ephemera, 6x12 stickers and more puffies this year. The spellcast had similar product offerings, too, but it included some icon Thickers as well. Lastly, there were A TON of various stamps for these and other Halloween lines.
There were also a bunch of Darice embossing folders and a few sets of dies. The last time I bought the Darice dies they were all 99 cents, so the $3.99 price tag is a big hard to swallow (although I will fully admit that they were an absolute steal when they were a buck).
