Hello Fellow Peas, Sorry, have been beyond busy...playing catch up from Dorian!!! The sign-up will go live sometime in the next week or two. I will not post it until I get up with admin after requesting they make it stick to the top of the main page. Rules are simple, homemade, store bought, postcards anything holiday can be sent. Send to 5, 10, 20 or the whole list...no limit. It is an amazing thing and I enjoy sending as much as I do receiving. I send to Peas I don't agree with, those I do and even new Peas! We average about 110-130 Peas. Now to address something that really should be moved on from. I know some have spoken about the list keepers, it was relayed to me and I felt to share with the board. While it is not everyone's view, it was some, so we shared it , vented about it and that is the end of it as far as I'm concerned. Please stop , join or don't join but I ask for y'all to move on and not ruin this Holiday event! Hello everyone, I know , I know.....ughhh....it's still summer;) But wanted to remind, it's about 3 months till sign-ups. Some asked for a reminder so that they could start getting postage a bit each week. For good measure we have been averaging 100-130 peas that sign-up. Now off to work out a desgin!

Thanks for the reminder Leowife. I look forward to this every year. It is the highlight of my Christmas season and brings such joy to our household to see the amazing talent and heartfelt greetings fill our mailbox every December. I've got my design in mind, have my paper in stock and need to set money aside for envelopes and postage. It is easier to set money aside a little at a time than try to do it all at once in December so thanks again for the reminder.

I participated in 2017 and really enjoyed it. I skipped last year due to lack of time and REALLY missed having my mailbox full of Pea-cards. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks - I didn't participate last year since I knew my schedule wouldn't allow for the time but maybe with this head's up, I can start planning for this year - would love to be back in.

I used tax return money to buy stamps. The other day when it was hot as heck, out I actually worked on Christmas cards to cool off. In my head anyway.

If any overseas peas want to mail their cards from here, they can ship them to me and I will send them out for them. Thanks for this offer! I have participated for the last couple of years and would love to be able to send everyone on the list cards but the cost of our postage is too prohibitive so this offer is fantastic. I will pea mail for more info. Thanks again

Yea! I'm excited! Last year was my first year and I'm excited to do it again. I have about half the cards ready. I do about 8-12 a month (different design each month) just so I'm not panic crafting in December.

I have 80 cards ready to go. Im going to try my best to send to all 80 but it comes down to budget in the end for stamps (even purchasing them a few at a time).

Thanks for the reminder. This will be the first year without my mum, without both parents, so I'm looking forward to the bit of happiness the cards will bring.

I’ve never participated, but I’d like to this year! Are any/all types of cards good? Any and all types of cards are accepted. What's important is the goodwill and heartfelt greetings . Most Peas do homemade cards but if you can't that's understood and not held against you.

Whatever you send is acceptable. I’ve received homemade, store bought, and photo postcards. The more the merrier. Don’t feel obliged to send to everyone on the list. Send as many as you feel able. Everyone will receive multiple cards because there are peas who will send to everyone. We have been averaging about 120-130 participants since we started. If purchasing postage in bulk would be a hardship, a lot of peas start purchasing now in batches so they have postage ready come mail-out time. Most peas start mailing card just before Thanksgiving all the way through New Years.

I’ve done it in the past and may do it again this year. I have a box of 40 cards from a few years back and the rest will most likely be handmade.
@leowife, will the mailing list indicate both the RefuPea name and the mailing name & info? Since I can’t send to all this year, I’d like to match a real name with a board name. If not, that’s okay. I’m just curious to know how it will be done. I don’t recall from previous years.
Thanks for the early reminder. It really helps.
