I have completed my cards and get them in the mail tomorrow, providing we don't have a skating rink. Some freezing moisture is in the forecast. Anyway, I have some extras; would it be inappropriate to post to the forum that I would send a card to the first 10 that post and pm me their address? Wasn't sure if I needed to be exclusive to those on the exchange list. Really enjoying the cards I'm receiving. Since this was my first year and didn't think about what type of cards to send, maybe this next year I will have more time to be creative. I say go for it....your cards you run with it. I think that's a sweet idea, another a fellow pea did was give them to a local senior home. Thanks! I had thought of other uses, but I had them printed and they have my name and pea name on them. lol

Beautiful cards, ladies - I love everyone one of them! Thank you, thank you. I'm so happy I decided to do it this year.
I sent a few out a couple of weeks ago and have a batch going out tomorrow. Probably some more at the beginning of the week. I had planned only doing 20, but I'm enjoying the card making process so much and want to share more Pea love, so will probably do more.
Merry Everything, ladies!!

I am so behind on everything this year but I just mailed out my second batch of cards today. The post office was chaotic and I ended up dropping the cards in the box for the parcels! I told the lady inside what I did and she said not to worry about it it happens all the time LOL! they had a tiny little sticker on the very top of the Dropbox stating was for parcels not letter mail and me being so short I didn't even see it! I managed to send to everyone on the list except for 6 people whose cards I am making tomorrow and I will get them sent out Monday! Then I have to work on my cards for my local friends and family LOL! I had a lot of work done in the house this year and got behind on all my decorating gift-buying and card making!

No one needs to stress about cards not having gone out yet. Exactly! It's only December 8th for goodness sakes. This is meant to be fun, not stressful.

I made 11 more cards today and finally got around to signing some and putting them in their envelopes. I just need to print my labels so I can get them in the mail. I did get my stamp order delivered yesterday!

I’m behind because I haven even started my family cards. They are much more intricate. I feel very rushed this year with Thanksgiving falling down late in November.
Good news is, I have a massive stack of cards to drop in the mail for the peas!

I just put a stack in my mailbox this morning! I am trying to take it easy on my postman and just going to break my card stacks down into 3 or 4 batches.
I am mad at myself.. I was 2 postage stamps short.. so gotta get more. I haven't been able to get one for everyone but this is the first year I am getting close to it.. LOL

I am LOVING all the cards I am receiving. We have some very talented peas
I sent out 62 to the States and 1 to Australia on December 4. My Canadian ones went out then too I am just not sure how many as they were just included with all my family/friends too.
I am sorry I could not send to all the US peas but at $1.27 a pop it just wasn't in the budget. Starting in January I am going to pick some stamps every month so it is not so expensive in the already expensive month of December.

I’m glad everyone hasn’t sent them yet- it’s fun to have them spread out through the season. I mailed mine in two batches. The second batch went out today.

I just want to say I very much appreciate that the non US peas’ cost is so much more since the majority live here in the US. Any that you are able to do is appreciated! Thank you !

First of all, I gotta say, Thank you, Thank you to all of you that have sent cards already! I can't believe how many I have received! I'm so happy that I participated. That being said, I'm still working on getting mine together to send out. I did send my international ones a couple of weeks ago. Now, I just gotta get it together and send the rest!

Except I haven’t sent any to the international peas yet. I have a postage stamp order that I’m waiting for (both U.S. and international postage stamps) PLUS I realized that I don’t have enough envelopes, so I’m waiting for that order too! Hopefully I get them out soon, and worst case, they are happy holidays/happy new year cards for the non-U.S. peas!

I know I say this every year - but this is one of my very favorite traditions. Maybe some year I’ll start making mine earlier 😉 but there is nothing like a mailbox full of pea cards!

I really want to say Thank You to all of the Peas who are sending me cards after I had to bow out of the swap this year due to my husband losing his job. I have gotten so many cards so far and it has been such highlight every day as we go to get the mail. I even got one all the way from New Zealand! Thank you from the bottom of my hear for helping to make this Christmas cheerful for us. We really appreciate each and every one of you!

We have set out mouse traps but so far, nothing. I hope it's not a family of tiny mice. Oh Penny. I didn't even record the part where the mouse ran towards Penny and was about 6" away from her and she still did nothing. Stupid cat is not working for her keep.

All of these cards, except two, are from peas! Thank you all. I joined the swap for the first time this year because I knew I’d need some extra joy after my husband’s recent death. I love seeing all of the cards and reading your messages, usually through tears. ♥️

Mailed a batch today, hopefully more this wknd. I have all the ones I've received in a card rack, but it doesn't show them all well. I need to do the ribbon display that someone mentioned up-thread.
