I'm doing bags like these for our adult siblings and their families...I have a Kohl's throw, Trader Joe's sipping chocolate, chocolate covered marshmallows, holiday scented candle. Any popular family games I need to know about? What else should I put in?

A Netflix gift card? Board game?
Oops just saw your question about games, sorry! My family still likes Monopoly. There are some fun new ones.

A movie? (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was surprisingly fun and should be good for most ages.)
Wait-- what's your budget?

Popcorn, theater sized boxes of candy, GC to a pizza place, redbox or Amazon GC to rent a movie, actual movies tickets, Fandango GC.

I've gotten a couple decks of cards from Shutterfly that have turned out really cute, if you have good photos of the families. And then throw in some poker chips?

Please do not include a scented candle in a food basket. That was one of the first lessons I learned when I started my gift basket business
I would add flavored popcorn.

We like the dice game Tenzi. Everyone in our house also likes the board game Clue. I bought a "mad libs" card game and "payday" the board game for our family gift this year. Maybe a bag of twizzlers?

I was also going to recommend g/c to movie theatre and / or iTunes. PJs, robe, stuffy, slippers all depending on ages. I like the idea of g/c for pizza delivery. Around here it would be for sushi delivery. Depending on budget you could do night in a hotel. I attend a charity event that auctions off baskets like what you’re creating. Theirs are over the top because it’s a huge event but I’m just thinking about what they include in their family movie night basket.

Farkle or Phase 10 (Dice not cards). We LOVE both but Phase 10 with Dice is easy, easy to travel with. Comes in a nice small tin.

Another vote for Exploding Kittens. We also really like Suspend/Suspend Jr. - sort of Jenga-ish with wires instead of blocks.

We love the Mexican train game and Throw Throw Burrito. I like to include stuff to make your own Pizza, root beer floats, Smores or ice cream sundae.

Jiffy Pop! It's always fun to make on the stove and watch it expand!!! I used to give that with a 2 liter of pop (handle of jiffy pop bent so it hung on the 2 liter), and a gift card to a video store to the kids teachers at the end of the year as a kick off to summer present!

Tenzi is fun and easy to play. Check out Target or Walmart for dice games. We have another on called Yam Slam that’s really fun.

Please do not include a scented candle in a food basket. That was one of the first lessons I learned when I started my gift basket business I would add flavored popcorn. I’m curious what the lesson is? If I had to guess, I imagine fragrance can affect the taste of the food?
