It's funny because I think I have every alphabet type Cricut cartridge and used it like crazy, but lately I've used Thickers and other alphabets instead and have hardly touched my Cricut.

me too it's Glitter Girl!! I understand that she is busy with boy wonder, but I miss her. She has no idea how much she has influenced the way I scrapbook!

I believe everyone should just do what works for them. I love the PL cards and I incorporate them into my 12x12 layouts. One thing PL has made me think about more though is, to take pictures of the everyday moments and just real day to day life moments and record those as well in to my albums to leave for my grandchildren. What my everyday life was like. I never really thought of doing that and for some reason seeing people's PL albums has inspired me to scrapbook more that way. Not sure if that makes sense? Like for example, I am a childcare provider. I had never thought about scrapbooking a typical day in my daycare. I really should do that. Those type of things, PL has made me think more to do those type of layouts.

I am so proud to be Canadian. I live in Ottawa, we are all so shaken by these events. Two terrible murders within days of each other.

I absolutely LOVE my scrap room but if I would have to name something it needs, it would be a window.

I don't use them as a spray the way you're supposed to. I undo the top and tap the liquid onto my layouts. Learned that thanks to Glitter Girl.

I make homemade cards for sure, especially if I'm giving them to another scrapbooker. But I am definitely a scrapbooker before a card maker. Ultimately, both are artsy and bottom line is……do what you enjoy.

What is the best printer for printing photos at home for scrapbooking?
Looking forward to your advice!

I also use the Tim Holtz blending tools and distress ink. Can't imagine using anything else!

I must admit, after being a Glitter Girl fan for so long, I love using different patterns and not really giving too much thought into them.

I don't do "theme" either although I definitely scrapbook birthday, Halloween etc. But I tend to scrapbook the everyday as well.
