I'm making meatloaf, fried potatoes with onions and roasted carrots and broccoli. What's on your menu tonight?

We are going to a Halloween party in the community room in our subdivision. They will have hotdogs and the like so I have been told ( we just moved here in August so it's our first time going to it). If it isn't enough to fill my kids up we will probably just do soup and grilled cheese when we get home.

Left over casserole. It has potatoes in it, so the left overs are going to be doctored up to be more like scalloped potatoes. Beyond that? Not sure. Something green.

Papa John's. I have 50-percent-off coupons. Lisa We don't have them around us - love that garlic butter! Mmmmmm . . . We were going to have pizza and then husband decided he was going to make beer can chicken on the grill we just bought off our neighbors (We now have 4 grills. Don't even get me started . . . ). It took him too long to clean it, so we're back to pizza.

It's pretty warm today after the crazy rainy day we had yesterday so I'm thinking a chicken pasta salad of some kind with some crusty bread.
Any recipes to share?

It's a hodgepodge tonight ... I just don't feel like cooking so we're having frozen chicken strips, potato skins (from Costco - I'm not ambitious enough to make them from scratch ) and Caesar salad ...

Here is my easiest recipe, which can be changed and adjusted as needed. Cook chicken and chop it. I usually use bone-in chicken for this to help my food budget, but boneless works well, of course. Cook pasta. Andy kind, but I especially like shells. Cook broccoli. Mix them all together. Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper and seasonings as desired. Top with cheese. I especially like mozzarella. You can toss in feta instead if you want. Of course, there are loads of variations. You can use other sauces, like an alfredo sauce. Super easy and flexible. Lisa

We're going to have baked sole with broccolini and cherry tomatoes. I have a small loaf of pretzel bread to go with it.
I'm about to start that. It should be easy prep. I just finished some prep for tomorrow's dinner. I am marinating chicken drumsticks in buttermilk and spices overnight to make panko and cornflake coated crispy drumsticks. Right now that sounds better than the fish.

My sister and I had appointments for tattoos and our husbands came along so we went to a local pizza place after...although none of us had pizza! I had chicken fingers with fries and a salad...it was really good!

We had a new type of pork .... sirloin chop, that I cooked in the crock pot with onions and a balsamic sauce. It was okay. The meat was slightly over cooked. The onions not cooked enough... if I make it again I will put the onions in at the same time as the pork and I think it would be better.
We also had yellow beans... I get them from my csa... they look like green beans but are yellow.
Salad and mashed potatoes.

Husband is having homemade vegetable soup. Been cooking all day in a big pot with meat, veggies and venison bones thanks to my brother. Me, high protein pizza.
