Windows. I love clean windows but hate to wash them. It’s a time suck.

I hire my 16 year old to clean because she doesn't have a job and needs money I hate all housework but especially tubs and showers ... oh and hand washing dishes like pots and pans If I ever have a full time man again (might not, hehehehehe!) he had better chip in

Absolutely, definitely the bathtub/shower combo.
It's very old and never looks 100% clean. Not to mention it's small & awkwardly placed so it's hard to scrub without hitting my elbows on the tile.

I already hire someone to wash windows. I don’t like cleaning, although I like a clean house. I may decide to have a cleaning lady in the future, who can do all those things I don’t like doing.

When working full time we got a cleaner in who did bathrooms, including showers, vacuumed and mopped all floors and dusted. She was a god send.
Now retired I still have a lady who comes in and does the bathrooms, showers and mops and vacuums. Age and bad hips have caught up with me and I am no longer able to do this on a regular basis. She also does the windows on a rotation basis so they are never all dirty at one time and she keeps them all clean.
To me the money spent on this service is worth every cent and I certainly don't begrudge it. Makes my life so much easier.

Laundry. Wash it, dry it, fold it, and put it away, please. Yes. Same here. Mostly the folding and putting away.

Windows and blinds. I love it when the windows are clear, but they don't stay that way long. I must have the dusty spot of the neighborhood--all the neighbor houses seem like their windows stay clean and clear, I never see anyone cleaning their windows. I don't get it....

We got a cleaner two years ago and it has literally changed my life, in the sense that I used to spend SO much time and energy feeling bad about myself about being a bad housekeeper. Certain jobs around the house I enjoy—laundry, ironing, cooking. Others I detest—bathrooms, floors in general, particularly vacuuming. Now any time I do one of my my despised jobs, I realize how hard it is/was on my back. My only regret is not getting a cleaner sooner. Even though DH was initially not on board at all, our home life is so much more tranquil and peaceful now, and he appreciates her as much as I do.

It's the floors- vacuuming and mopping. Vacuuming isn't bad, but I despise mopping. Oh, and another one is cleaning my new stove top after my mom fries country ham. OMG- I can't believe the amount of grease. And it gets all over the back where the controls are. I have to remove the knobs every time and literally SCRUB with Mr. Clean- Clean Freak. I'm not talking about wiping- I have to scrub as hard as I can to get the film off. It may be the finish on my stove- it's slate. I swear it takes me about 20-30 minutes. I need to get her a splatter screen. I don't have one because I never fry anything.

I have wide, white, woodish blinds on most of my windows. Somehow they get dusty too quickly. It takes me forever to get every single frigging blind piece clean. I also can’t seem to get the windows clean enough easily. They all look decent enough, but if you look closely... 😬

Do those of you that hate cleaning the shower have a hand held shower head in there? Once I had one of those, cleaning the shower became a breeze!

I don't mind cleaning either. I thrive in a clean, organized environment.
I HATE cleaning bathrooms. Please someone come and clean toilet bowls for me. They aren't even gross but they are toilets. I gag. I hate it!!!

No - I've always had 1 mop bucket with clean water + soap. And then a second bucket to wring out the yucky water. (I realize now I worded it weird in my comment earlier). My SIL had one bucket with soap and water in it. She would mop and then wring the nasty water into the bucket that already had soap in it. Then use it again on the floor. So she is mopping with dirty water after she wrings out the mop the first time. I see. I have never heard of this before. Interesting. My mom did this too and now my sisters do too.

My area is known for their dust storms and wind. I will clean my windows but I dont worry about them anymore. Its useless.

My whole world could be on fire but if my house is clean and organized, I can handle anything. My girlfriends laugh that I will make sure my house is clean before going to the hospital for a heart attack.lol

We've had a cleaner come off and on (mainly when I was working full time and then when I was taking care of my mom in Hospice). I loved her though I did have to learn to give up some control and pickiness. I am debating asking DH for Valentines Day or Mothers Day to have someone come once a month and do bathrooms and baseboards. Everything else I can do and actually dont mind doing. With just DH and I here the house stays pretty clean otherwise.

I would hire out cooking over cleaning any day! And I would love to hire someone to unload the dishes. I don't mind loading, I just dislike loading. I guess to hire out, I would love someone to pack up and put away all the Christmas stuff. I dislike it so much that I would prefer not to even decorate. We keep it up in the attic, and I spend 8 hrs. the past two days buying new containers and reorganizing all our Christmas stuff.

For me, it would be cleaning cat boxes. I have 4 cats and scoop every day if not twice a day because one of them poops without covering it up and it stinks. I adore kitties, but these will be my last cats so that I don’t have to do litter boxes anymore after they are gone.

Bathrooms. I hate cleaning bathrooms. Especially with our hard water here.
Well I don’t like dusting either but I can deal with the aftermath if I skip dusting but I don’t like a dirty bathroom.

Mopping. Or kitchen cleaning as a whole. I don’t want to constantly clean the grease/grime off of everything.
