I didn't respond to Elise's email because I don't want to get to a place where I receive another crappy email back and I end up resenting FYC. Geralyn from IACB has been wonderful when I have corresponded with her, and I want to continue supporting her. I'd hate for FYC to leave an even more sour taste in my mouth. It's the only time I really purchase from FYC, too. I will use the die cuts but I will be careful before I purchase again - looking out for signs in the photos that perhaps they've come from the US printer. |

I'm so sorry that you didn't get a great response from Elise. I've had such great CS from her when I've had issues that I'm super surprised by her response. Definitely disappointing!

If I wanted to buy and print digitals, I would purchase directly from IACB on HER site. (Which I do.)

My Tourist Mode ones weren’t cut great either. There is peeling, like when the cut doesn’t go all the way through and you try to pull the rest off by hand, leaving a peel in the paper. I was kind of disappointed. I didn’t check them right away, so I didn’t email Elise.

I noticed that some die cuts have looked much nicer than others. My first was the Page Turner Kit, and those are perfection. I’ve been puzzled why some subsequent sets didn’t quite measure up. Finding out she uses different printers makes the discrepancy make sense now. I haven’t had as poor cutting as shown in the OP, but some look a bit off. It’s mostly a lack of clarity on color and sharpness

I bet each line is a separate text box and it was accidentally moved. |

Skipping this one. I got up at 7 my time to make sure I wouldn't miss anything, then had to walk up the hill from our travel trailer to get a cell signal and ended up not buying anything.  |

I was disappointed the stamp sets from the Christmas kits were not available outside the kit. I got the Holiday Happiness Kit, but would have liked to also have the stamp set from the Traditions kit, too. Did get the Home for the Holidays stamp set though.
This is my first Christmas scrap purchase this year!

I ended up getting a digital + two sheets of puffy stickers. I still have some stuff left from last year, so I didn't think I needed a whole new kit, esp if I'm getting KP's!

I bought the home for the holidays stamp and the stickers with the yeti. I also bought the oh what fun die cuts because that little sweater is so cute and I got the stamp set with the paint splatters. I should just stop telling myself I’m not shopping.

I got the stamp set, the ephemera & die cuts and the puffy stickers. I'm contemplating buying the digital kits but the papers didn't really appeal to me as much, plus when Heba from My Little Journal did a giveaway she showed the papers and they looked shiny, not matte. I can print matte at home and stamp to my heart's content on them without worrying they'll smear.

I picked up Holiday Happiness and the Traditions stickers. I love those word labels and know I will use those. I really like the Holiday Happiness kit - love the date tags and the font she used for the numbers. I may not use all the papers, but I'll definitely use that calendar.
