If I wanted to make a chocolate chip cookie bar, and the recipe calls for it to be baked in a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan, what can I use instead?
I don't have a jelly roll pan...I do have some cookie sheets with sides. Would that work? I also have 9 x 13 casserole dishes. Could I use that and make them thicker?

I've made bars in a cookie sheet, one with higher sides.
And I've also made them in a 9x13 pan.

I think a 10x15 cookie sheet with sides is the same thing as a jelly roll pan.

Isn't a cookie sheet the same as a baking sheet the same as a jelly roll pan? I think you are just looking for a pan that size, with sides.
