I'm just wondering how fast the shipping is. My husband is in the US unexpectedly for about a week and I'd like to place an order, but he leaves next Thursday or Friday. Does anyone know? He's in Florida and they ship from Utah.

I ordered 2/6 then received an email within a day or two saying some products had been delayed due to weather. My order shipped 2/11 and was delivered 2/14. I was very happy with my entire experience-*especially* the fact they emailed to say there was going to be a delay.

I ordered from the new release on Sunday. My package was shipped Monday priority mail and I got it in Wisconsin on Wednesday. I did purchase a package of card stock, which I think is why my package was shipped priority mail. I think free shipping is over $100, but if it is light, they will mail it first class. I am a huge fan of their products and I haven’t had any problems with shipping or customer service. But I did read the thread in the stamping forum. I hope you have a good experience too!

So I am the one who had issues ordering. If you can get the order placed, then you should get them quickly. I did. My trouble was with getting the website to give me shipping prices.

I too had problems with the shipping info when I ordered. However, when I emailed them it got sorted out very quickly.
