Read many reviews of White Lotus and all of them are different so decided to watch it. Just started It’s a bizarre show. It’s supposed to be a comedy but not your usual comedy. I watched the first season but haven’t watched the second yet. I’m not quite sure what I think about it. I started the first season but never finished. Not my cup of tea. A friend told me the second season was very different and he loved it. Maybe I’ll try it. We have been watching Jack Ryan on Prime. It’s hard to find something that my husband and I both like, but we are both liking it.

I am currently watching an older show on Apple + Tehran I’m enjoying it so far.

We watched a news Netflix movie “Fall” last night. Very suspenseful. 2 young women set out to climb a 2000 foot TV tower.
2 thumbs up from me.

We watched Critical Thinking with John Leguizamo the other night on Netflix. Based upon a true story of underprivileged teens learning chess. DH, who likes nothing, loved it.

DH and I just finished watching Limitless on Disney+ this weekend. It's the Chris Helmsworth series (6 episodes) done with National Geographic that explores living better for longer. This is the series where he discovered through extensive DNA testing that he had 2 copies of the APOE4 gene for Alzheimers. At first I just half paid attention, but it really is a good show and had me hooked pretty quickly. The final episode was the most powerful IMO. Definitely worth a watch.

Those types of stories are sooo inspiring! " Mammals"....enjoyed it so much! Wish it had more than six epis, though.

We watched the 3-part mini-series Crossfire on Brit Box. It was intense about a group of friends and their families vacationing at a resort in the Canary Islands. The mother from the wonderful show The Durrells in Corfu was the lead. She and two other main characters were in Line of Duty.

We enjoyed the newest season of Acapulco this weekend on Apple. Lighthearted, fun, and the 80's styles are fabulous.

Just started "Devil's Hour" (Prime). I can't stop imagining that actress as the sweet nurse from "Call The Midwife."

I just finished watching a French mini-series on Netflix called "Le Bazar de la Charite" or "The Bonfire of Destiny". Oh my gosh-it was incredible! I watched it in French with English subtitles (I read in the reviews on imdb.com that the English dubbing is horrible) and I adored it! It's about a horrific fire that takes place in Paris in 1897 during a charity event. It claimed 126 lives, many of them aristocratic women including Sophie, the sister of Empress Sisi-read this on imdb. It's based on true events.
I finished it last night and hungered for more. There is a heartbreaking love scene at the end between two characters (I won't spoil it) but I swear it was one of the most romantic movies scenes I've ever watched-even though I couldn't understand a word. Highly recommend.

DH and I started the first two episode of Shrinking on Apple+. It’s really good. The other 8 episodes drop weekly. Brett Goldstein (Roy, Ted Lasso) is one of the producers. It definitely has the Ted Lasso heart.

It definitely has the Ted Lasso heart. I watched these today and really like it. I also finished the first season of Truth be Told and really liked it. Season 3 is also dropping an episode a week. This is also on Apple+. I hope the next few seasons are as good. I will likely extend my sub for these two shows.

Another vote for Shrinking on Apple+. So layered, so human, so good! Can't wait for more episodes to drop!

Your Honor Season 2 Wowsers! HBO I cannot WAIT to watch that! I was shocked by the picture they used for season 2...he looks like a completely different person! Here's a fun series about Julia Child's career

Oldie but a goodie. DH and I are watching Fringe. I was aware of it when it was on, but for whatever reason we didn’t watch. DH watched a random S1 episode and we decided to start at the beginning. We watch about 3 episodes each night. We just finished S1. As huge X-Files fans, we are really enjoying it. We’re watching through Prime on Freevee. It does have commercials.

Switched at Birth and The Fosters. Both are silly family shows but fun filled, and fun to critique that you would never raise your kids that way or kids don’t think that level of grown up-ness. But we enjoyed the two.

I am re-watching Ally McBeal on Disney - Billy still annoys me, John Cage is still amusingly weird and I still like Fish's brazen attitude. Oh and Vonda's performances still have me singing along.

I'm binging Unstable on Netflix. Funny, quirky, fast paced comedy starring Rob Lowe and his real son
