Loved stand-up comedienne Leanne Morgan's show on Netflix.
In her late 50s, her humor is very relevant to my life! No politics, no nastiness, and quite refreshing.

Fake case, all are actors but one guy who thinks itâs all real.
James Mardesen is in it and is hilarious.
Easy watch, only 8 episodes, 25ish minutes per episode.

I binged the Diplomat - loved it! Just finished up Firefly Lane. I won't spoil it, but gosh this one really tore at my heartstrings.

DH and I watched the first 4 episodes of The Night Agent and are quitting. It is SO boring. I think we will try the Citadel next.

I just watched A man named Otto and it was really good. My husband and I just finished this. Oh it was so very good. I found out from a girlfriend this came from a book titled...A Man Called Ove by Fredrick Backman(sp). His books are translated from Swedish. The kind of books that will have you laughing out loud and also crying. His characters just enter your heart and his plots have surprises. |

There was also a Swedish version of the movie that was good. I love Tom Hanks and I think he was a bit more lovable than the original character. But both movies were good. |

I watched Indian Matchmaker and Jewish Matchmaking. What can I say, Iâm a sucker for loveđ. I do like these shows, but I hate that they donât let you know if anyone ever worked out at the end.
I have several girlfriends who are Indian and one work with Vikash in an ER together for a number of years. She still keeps in touch so she was going to get some behind the scenes tea.
Also watched Jury Duty. I liked it, but dh abandoned ship on this one.

I'm really enjoying Doctor Cha on Netflix.
We're almost (thank goodness) at the end of The Last Man on Earth, the husband thinks it's hilarious, I'm hate watching and making snarky comments.

The Diplomat is next on our list after we finish Rabbit Hole. I did cheat and watch the first 10-15 minutes of The Diplomat and really liked what I saw so I am anxious to get to it.

I just did a search, and couldn't find this show mentioned on this thread, although I did find a separate thread...... DSO and I are really enjoying Poker Face. I'm not sure what platform it is on in the US, it is on Stan here. I know that I am way behind here, but I have one more episode of This Is Us left. Part of me doesn't want to watch it because then it's over. I have cried in every one of the last four episodes. Ugh. Just finished Firefly Lane on Netflix. Still processing - best series I've seen in a long time. I am up to Season 2 Episode 11. I'm trying not to binge it, because like This Is Us, I don't want it to be over. Oh, and I recently watched the film/doco Rooting for Roona on Netflix. I'm not sure how I felt about this show. I felt so sorry for the parents, and their circumstances. I acknowledge that they are very poor. But I was still really angry that they didn't do everything possible to save their child. |

Queen Charlotte is a Bridgerton Spinoff Series not Season 3 of Bridgerton which will focus on another of the siblings. I really enjoyed it. Already binged the whole thing. đ |

I binged The Diplomat last week and loved it.
My fiancé and I are watching Justified together. The Justified miniseries comes out this summer (June or July, I think), and we both need to catch up!
We are also watching Citadel together and I think he likes it much more than I do. I can't get into it, but I'll stick it out for him.

Wow - I had not heard about this. Very exciting. DH and I actually started a re-watch of this show last month, and I wasnât loving it nearly as much as the first go-round. I love all the characters though, I miss them - especially the Marshals. |
