It's still not enough!
It still makes me cross that they are not coordinating nz effort to create zip files for easy downloading as it's too costly.
Agsin it's back on us the students . Granted they have offered to help me in done way to get the videos due to my poor internet access. I must contact them and see what that actually means

They're impossibly clueless as individuals and businesses. But I'm glad to have a few extra months, so at least there's that!

It seems like some good came out of the VIP chat - like all 2014 classes transferring over and more time to access the classes. I think SC/BPC are trying to address the concerns the best they can, so I am glad for that Thank you for the update.

I don't think this has anything to do with Studio Calico. Big Picture Classes is only associated with Studio Calico via product/kit, they have nothing to do with the backend of running the website. Studio Calico and Big Picture Classes are separate, they do not have combine customer service. I know that around the scrapbook community, Studio Calico is the popular one to hate, but I believe that you shouldn't put blame where it doesn't belong. iammikki, you must have missed it...Studio Calico acquired BPC back in August...and Studio Calico is the one in charge of this huge website redesign, so yes, Studio Calico is directly to blame for this... www.studiocalico.com/blog/2014/8/5/studio-calico-big-picture-classesI was wondering how it was SC's fault too, I didn't know that since I haven't taken a BPC class in years!
