I'd bought some stuff from 2Peas a while back, but for the past couple of years found that most of what I wanted was out of stock. I did place one final order and bought some stuff that was on sale (stamps, some embellishments).
Did anyone else place that one last order from TwoPeas?

It thought about it, but was pissed about the message board, so I ordered from ACOT instead...
TBH with their customer service history I would have worried about actually receiving it. I bet people who order will find half the order out of stock, and still get stuck with the high shipping (or did they offer a good shipping deal?)

Thought about it momentarily, but I worry that if something goes wrong, ie me not getting what I order, there will be no way of fixing it other than to get credited by my credit card. Too much hassle.

I thought about it for a split second, but no, they can keep their stuff. I never had a problem with them, but with all the problems I've heard about (especially bent paper), I decided it wasn't worth it.

I did. There're were a few things in my basket I really wanted so I crossed my fingers and pulled the trigger. It was before the email newsletter went out and my confirmation said the order would be pulled today. (Insert smiley with fingers crossed here)

No, even if I had stuff I wanted to buy, their shipping fees always stopped me from actually purchasing. I am lucky to have a great LSS just a few miles from me and give them my business.

I did because I had received a GC I needed to use. Not really expecting to receive it and if I do, I'm sure there will be some things missing. I won't hold my breath, but I hope they come through.

I didn't. I went through my wish list and everything I wanted has been sold out for months anyway, and between all the website gateway timeouts and way-too-high shipping, I just walked away. There are too many other good sites to spend money in.

I did. I figured if it never gets here, I can just go back to my credit card company for a credit. I've only had one order issue in the past and they fixed it quickly, but that was two or three years ago. Fingers crossed that everything gets here.  |

I withheld I got an order only in the last month so seemed greedy and unnecessary even at 30% discount.
Does anyone have recommendations for other good shopping venues. I am liking simon says stamp and a cherry on top?

I'm newly frozen (well, more like frozen, thawed and re-frozen) so no. Plus, I'm really pissed that they locked the message boards before we all had a chance to say good-bye and wrap up communication with each other. I thought that was pretty mean spirited.

No since they basically said if something was wrong too bad so sad. There is a reason why they went out of business. Bad customer service. I hope that everyone that ordered got a good deal and gets what they ordered.
