My LSS gave a code for 20% off at Avery Elle that they benefit from and I may or may not have ordered the entire set of liquid watercolors. If my LSS did not benefit from it I might not have ordered so much but I’m hoping to support my LSS they this shut down however I can.

I'm quite proud of myself. Three layouts in a row were very birthday heavy in my 2018 PL album...I had done the first a while ago but the next took me a bit to get done. After putting it away and pulling out the next spread, I sat to at least try and put cards in ahead of the Inkie Quill scrapstream (during which I did nothing...and managed to fall asleep 90 minutes prior to it ending because I was too tired all day to be creative) and over the past couple of days got it completed. I used a lot of the same stuff (random Kelly Purkey cards with a variety of odds and ends mixed in) for both weeks, but there was a striped card I REALLY wanted to use...it didn't make the first spread, so I made it work with the next one and you know, KP's colors are sometimes difficult to pair up with most other companies. I'm absolutely THRILLED with how the page came out. 2 pages finished in roughly a week (a total of 2 12x12's back and front and a 9x12 back and front) is good for someone as slow as me...especially when I spend most of my time diamond painting these days.
If only I could get my butt in gear and find inspiration to get a few months worth of photos printed. The only inspiration I have is a few pictures I caught of the Thunderbirds as they flew overhead in their flight path past 16 hospitals in the valley AND driving up and down the strip yesterday taking pictures of near still hotels and shuttered small businesses...there were a few people walking and more vehicles than I expected to be out, but the strangest sight was someone filming what appeared to be some sort of low budget music video in front of the Bellagio...beyond that, it was so much quiet. It's something I don't think I've ever seen in my over 2 decades of living in Vegas, even when there have been moments of silence for special occasions or the remembrances after the 1 October shooting. The most populated place was the welcome sign...there were probably a dozen or so cars parked, with people waiting their turn to take photos inside or outside their vehicles, trying their best to stay in their own groups for the most part...even though the groups were likely larger than they should have been...the ones taking pictures as we drove past were all young people.

scrapaddict702 Awesome that you could get those pages done! It's great that you could make the KP card work on your layout.

Today I started two layouts.
First: St. Patrick's Day 2020. I used my very last scraps of leprechaun & four leaf clover pattern paper on it.
Second: Pi Day 2020. I used a 12x12 sheet of pattern paper with numbers all over it that's been in my stash for years.
I still need to work on them, journaling & embellishments. But it was good to start.

I ordered some Bo Bunny Little Wonder paper a few weeks ago and finally sat down with it. I got 6 sheets of each line (x2 male and female). I sat down with six of the sheets (one was titles) and some white card stock for backgrounds. I also pulled a few sheets of paper for mats. I had the sticker sheet, ephemera, and 3d stickers for the lines also. I made 5-two page layouts for each set of papers. I was impressed with myself. I usually need three pieces of patterned paper per 2 page layout. I used the Scrapbook Generations book (used the 6 photos pages). Feeling accomplished. Now that I have the female (pink and navy papers) finished, I'll do the boy pages tomorrow or Monday.

I worked on three pages of birthday layouts. Used up the very last of my birthday paper scraps.
I also started mt first pandemic layout. It's a selfie of my two youngest & I. I'll title it "My quaranTEAM." I decided to do pandemic layouts in 12x12" size, because I have a lot of screenshots, and want to include a lot of journaling. I might end up making it it's own album, but I haven't decided yet .

I'm still struggling to find the motivation to sit down and create. I've got photos printed, I've got layouts planned. I'm even psyching myself up to start filming again. But the magic just isn't there for me right now. So I've decided to attack... my kids first year albums / photos. They'll each get a weekly PL-style first year album using Design A page protectors, supplemented with a bunch of 12x12 layouts in a separate album for special photos & stories. It's going to involve quite a few hours in front of my computer sorting through photos, editing, exporting and then uploading to be printed. Hopefully by the time I'm done with that I'll be itching to play with products and pages again.

I started two more 12x12 pandemic layouts, these about my city's initial response to COVID19. These are both photo/screenshot heavy, so less decorative and more straightforward.
I've started to lay out the photos for my next pandemic page. This one will be about work & schools closing. (ETA: I stamped the title "Closed Indefinitely" ).
I screenshot the schools' letters announcing the closures last month, and I'm using the photo of the closure notice on my workplace door that my boss sent everyone.
I screenshot & printed (as photos) several memes that I wanted to include, sort of like themed embellishments.
And I've found that the more generic papers from a baby paper pad i have are working well, especially since my pages are photo heavy. I'm glad to be able to use it up, since i don't have babies to scrap anymore.

Seems like the stress of everything going on and working over 50+ hours a week, has me shopping like crazy! I'm gone from morning till night 4-5 days a week and even on my days off they are spent with my kids and doing stuff at home that has to be done so I rarely even have the chance to even touch my stuff. I do have stuff to bring to work and I really wanna get started on my pandemic album cause I wanna work on it as things are happening, but I just can't seem to get it going. So instead, I shop!

I'm just feeling left behind with everyone home and getting so much done. Awww, (((hugs))) I'm sorry you have a lot on your plate and aren't scrapping like you want to. Maybe it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Jot a note down on the calendar if something happens that you might want to include in your scrapbook. It could be pandemic related, or not. Yesterday I jotted down about the oil dropping below $0.

I'm doing a happy dance. My order finally shipped from ACOT. It was waiting for a pre-ordered Pink Paislee paper from And Many More, but what I'm really anxious to get my hands on are the Art Walk papers from Heidi Swapp. I'll have new papers to play with for iNSD

A massive Scrapbook.com order arrived today and I’m shocked by what I ordered. It was a 2am order and oh boy, did I go crazy.
The new Simple Stories foam alphas are seriously cute! I ordered them in four or five colors.

Yesterday I was getting a stamp out of my clear stamps bin when my hand touched something greasy feeling.
One of my cheapy sets from either ACMoore or Michael's had gone off, or was decomposing or something.
I tossed it, but what a bummer!
Next weekend I plan on organizing all my scrapping supplies, touching everything. I'm hoping the rest of my stamps are fine.
